Pennington Street is known for its quiet residential feel, low crime rate, and welcoming community—many families live here, making it a safe and comfortable place to stay.
Your room is located on the first floor of a three-story home that has been divided into separate rentals. There are two rental units on this floor; yours is marked with the letter G.
The space includes:
A private bedroom equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and microwave
A private bathroom located just across from your room, inside the laundry room—it is not shared and is for your exclusive use during your stay. You'll have private access to both your room and your bathroom for the duration of your stay. Please not that this unit does not have a kitchen and while I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, only basic appliances like a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle are provided.
