When the initial concerns were shared, we immediately offered to have our housekeeping team return to address them, which was declined at the time. We always make every effort to resolve any issues promptly during a guest’s stay. The dresser referenced had recently been relocated from out of state, and the matter was isolated and has since been fully addressed. The home is also on a routine professional pest control schedule. The single roach observed had already been treated prior to your stay, and following the heavy rains during your visit, it is not uncommon in this area to occasionally see millipedes despite preventative measures. As an added precaution, we have since completed an additional pest control service. Regarding the mattress protector, it has been replaced. All bedding is routinely inspected and maintained to ensure guest comfort. We take pride in maintaining our home and have addressed each of these items.
