The location and condo were nice. The chairs and umbrella available on the beach was good too.

The layout of the condo was nice. There were no comforters on the twin beds so the kids got cold and we gave them the comforters from the other 2 beds. There were no lights at the pool until we emailed the property, but they had them on for our last night's stay and they were prompt to respond. Good stay for the price.

Great location!

You can’t beat this location! The condo could use some updates but the easy access to the beach and smaller crowd makes up for the outdated decor and bathrooms. Plenty of room for us and our kids to have our own spaces. The condo was clean. Be aware- the master bathroom does not have a door.... a little strange but not a huge deal. Overall, we’d stay here again!

I would stay that the condo needs a really good cleaning I contacted brooks and shorey concerning bed bugs and was never called back I will not rent from them again

The beach access is perfect, there is plenty of parking, and it’s a great location on Okaloosa Island. The condo was very comfortable, there are a couple of things That could use some updating but overall we had no problems with our condo. I would have preferred there be a door on the master bedroom bathroom but it’s very easy to work around and there is a privacy. Thanks!

Condo Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. We didn't have any problems. When we arrived we noticed one of the toilets leaking and I submitted a work order. Within a few minutes, the property gave me a call. I couldn't ask for a faster response. Overall, the condo was excellent. I would give give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The only thing I would suggest if I had to pick something to address would be to repair the popcorn ceiling in the hallway and to give the condo an overall deep cleaning. We will definitely be back next year!

Hurricane Michael Shortened Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable for our family of 4 with both kids having their own bedroom and attached bathroom. The master bathroom was inside the master bedroom, but the bedroom wasn't separated from the bathroom by a door, which was odd and inconvenient. Everything in the unit was in working order. The location was good and beach service was OK. They didn't put up umbrellas the second day we were there, probably because of the pending hurricane.Our trip was shortened by Hurricane Michael as we were forced to evacuate on Tuesday of our Saturday-Saturday rental. We received communication from the rental company on Monday afternoon that we had to be out by Tuesday at 10 AM. We never received communication after the evacuation that the unit was safe to return to, which I assume that it was.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are glad that you found ETW 3002 comfortable for your family. The master bedroom and bathroom provides privacy, there is a door leading to it from the living room. We are sorry that the storm interrupted your stay. Safety of our guests is a big priority and we took the recommended safety measures directed by Okaloosa county. Sorry that you didn't get a follow up. Our Facebook was updated frequently and our office staff was available to answer any calls or messages the day after the storm. We hope you will be able to come another time and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Okaloosa Island.

Nice location to beach.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Unfortunately the elevators were down and was supposed to be fixed 2 days after we arrived. They were not fixed until the day we were leaving after all of our things were packed. Fortunately we were not on the 6th floor. The condo is very basic in its' accommodations. It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and having an umbrella and 2 chairs everyday was a nice touch. The young man handling the beach service was amazing!!
