This custom vacation home with back yard access to a lily pond and short walk to Lake Cascade. Tucked along Dawn Drive, this newly built 3‑bedroom home places you in a pristine location with no neighbors behind you but the lake and wildlife—there’s direct access to public lands where deer and osprey make regular appearances.
Inside, the open‑concept layout feels like a modern lodge. High‑end finishes and large windows capture the view while a cozy wood‑burning stove and sleek kitchen with quartz counters invite you to unwind. Step through the sliding doors to a fully outfitted patio: a solo stove for fireside conversations, a Green Egg barbecue, ample patio seating and a brand‑new hot tub for soaking under the stars. Stone steps lead down to a path leading right to the shore, making it easy to launch kayaks or simply dip your toes in the water. An attached heated garage, with space for up to four vehicles, make it easy to keep things warm in the winter.
Within 15 minutes you’re at Tamarack Resort, where winter brings pristine ski slopes and cross‑country trails and summer offers mountain biking, zip‑lining and hiking. Around Lake Cascade, you can fish, boat, paddleboard or simply enjoy 86 miles of shoreline.
The nearby town of Donnelly — perched at an elevation of 4,865 ft — offers charming restaurants, a grocery and other amenities. Festivals such as the Huckleberry Festival and nearby Gold Fork Hot Springs add local flavor and relaxation.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
