This beautiful, brand new luxury villa has been expertly designed with functionality, space and decor to help you leave all your stress at home and to come enjoy the peacefulness and relaxation that only the beach life can provide. All furnishings are high quality and brand new. Enjoy a large, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and accessories needed to enjoy meals with your family or late night drinks with your friends. Unwind in the spacious, open-concept living area with an oversized sectional, a 65” flat-screen Roku TV, and plenty of room for games, conversations, and cozy evenings in. Slide open the doors and step onto one of three porches—two overlooking the lush Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course—where you can enjoy a morning coffee or breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets.
When it's time to turn in, this villa offers 8 comfortable beds for any family or large group to enjoy. All featuring brand new furniture and mattresses to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with the first floor bedroom sharing the main level bathroom.
