This review is actually for the other property in Eagan owned by this party. We originally booked this property but this house had unexpected maintenance and the owner offered us his other property. Communication was good throughout the process, as well as during some issues we had with our credit card. Owner was also patient with the many questions we had as we searched for a place that would accommodate my parent's decreased mobility. The house we ended up getting would not have worked with my parents coming, but they couldn't come at the last minute. Pros: so relaxing to gather and hang out with my family gathered for a wedding; kitchen was great for cooking; refrigerator was spacious; cute sun room; two separate sitting areas; big fenced in backyard- would be good for kids with the swing set; backyard can be accessed from the front around the house if you don't like the stairs off the back deck; neighborhood was nice- I walked to a nearby park and felt very safe; beds were all very comfortable with a variety of pillows; safety tape warning at the top of steps is handy being in a strange house. Cons: a full railing on the steps to the upstairs bedrooms and bath would be very nice for anyone with balance or knee issues, or little kids; extra blankets available for people who need a little more warmth during the night; jacuzzi tub in basement was difficult to use. These are minor cons- if mobility isn't an issue with a bi-level house I would definitely recommend it.
