LUX NEW HOME OldTownScottsdale Heated Pool/Hot tub

Summary:
Enjoy our beautiful home less than 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bed/2 bath home has plenty of amenities: a heated pool (additional $99 per day to heat, please notify us 48 hours before check in if you’d would like the pool heated) , hot tub , grill, shuffle board, yard games, and desks to work from home! Watch the sunset at night with views of the mountains straight from the back yard. Find hiking, golf, shopping, spring training, and great restaurants!

The Space:
We can sleep 12 people in our 4 bedroom home the layout of the rooms is below:

Master: King Bed and a roll away twin cot that is stored in the master closet **bonus we have a foldable laptop desk and chair in the closet as well if you need another spot for someone to work at

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen and 1 Twin

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen, **bonus has an office nook with a desk and chair to work from home at.

Bedroom 4: Twin over Full bunk bed with a roll out Twin trundle underneath **bonus has a desk and chair to work at and a large TV in this room

Guest Access:
We ask everyone staying at our home and any visitors to keep all cars parked in the carport/driveway we have spots for up to 4 cars in the drive way and two in front of the home. Any more than that we do not allow as we ask everyone to respect our neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.

Other Things to Note:
If you would like the pool heated during the cooler months of your stay please let us know!
We charge $99 a night additional to heat the pool, for a two night minimum.

We allow one pet per stay! We charge $150 fee for the entire stay if you are bringing a pet. We only allow dogs (no cats, birds, etc) unless its a service animal. If its not a service animal with proper paperwork you must notify us at booking so we can collect the $150 pet fee.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation for stays that are 30 days and longer.
