Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification

You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.

HOA Form/Administration Late Fee:
*MUST be filled out completely and submitted no less than 72 hours before check in. Failure to do so, will result in a late community administration fee of $75. Bookings within 72 hours are subject to an additional $75 after booking from the community as well.
Maximum of 10 guests allowed. 2 yrs old and above are counted as guest. Children under 2 years old are not counted.

Community Schedule for amenities time and use are out of our control. They may change without our knowledge or due to weather/safety circumstances.

Community Use
Guest wristband for amenities can be purchased at the pool for $12 per person per day for all access (kayaks/paddleboats/ mini golf, pool etc)
non refundable if weathers is bad or they close temporarily for weather safety.

CHECK IN/OUT:
1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval)
2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a fee.

GUEST CHECK IN:
1) Guests must stop at the community office prior to arrival with a physical copy of license and registration and pet vaccinations (if bringing a pet) to obtain a community pass to enter the gated community , community events and map.
2) Entry will be by keyless entry to the property provided by a code on your guest portal.
3) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
4) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one.

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper and shower essentials to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups.

LAUNDRY SPACE
1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use
2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
