Any departure after the approved checkout time, even by a few minutes, will result in a $100 late checkout fee to cover cleaning team rescheduling, operational delays, and impact to incoming guests.

PARKING:

PETS:
Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. If a pet is found on the premises or evidence of a pet`s stay is discovered, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, eviction will be enforced, and a $500 penalty will be charged through Airbnb.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
❌ No more than 6 guests are allowed in the home at any time
❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
