Vistas increíbles desde nuestro Lanai, a solo pasos de la playa de arena aislada, 2 camas King

Si te gusta el sol y la playa, este es el lugar para ti! ¡Es el hogar perfecto lejos de casa con todo lo que necesitas! Tiene camas extra grandes en las dos habitaciones, televisores de alta definición en todas partes, y una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita, incluyendo tostadora / licuadora / etc., productos de papel, especias y más.

El interior es tranquilo y perfecto, pero el exterior es increíble. Todas las fotos fueron tomadas por nosotros, pero con frecuencia escuchamos de los huéspedes que no le hacen justicia al lugar. Los que se tomaron desde arriba (por ejemplo, las vistas de la piscina) realmente se tomaron de nuestro Lanai y los de la playa realmente se tomaron justo en frente del condominio.

Tenemos nuestro propio internet de alta velocidad (100mbps) y wifi encriptado. Por lo general, podemos obtener nuestra señal wifi en la piscina para que pueda sentarse alrededor de la piscina y trabajar o jugar si lo desea.

Tenemos muchos juguetes de juego para su uso, que incluyen sillas y toallas de playa, tablas de surf, juguetes de arena, un refrigerador, incluso algunos equipos de snorkel.

The hosts, Barb and Larry, were so in top of communications! Everything we needed was in the condo. The bow of the lanai was beautiful- pool is so close.

The condo was in a wonderful location to access everything we were planning to do. Loved that it was stocked with so many amenities that we would’ve had to run out and purchase. Our host was fabulous and worked with us when we had a need. We loved using the pool every night after dinner.

This VRBO had so many amenities:* well-stocked, tidy kitchen with a knife sharpener and nonstick pans in good shape, basic seasonings, olive oil, aluminium foil, baggies, plenty of serving dishes, many appliances, ice dispenser* plenty of beach gear: towels, chairs, umbrella, a wide assortment of snorkel gear, aquasocks, skim boards, boogie board, fishing poles, and more* some sunblock and sunburn relief left by previous renters (we didn't get burned!)* shampoo, conditioner, body wash & plenty of bath towelsWe used the pool almost nightly and grilled up dinner several times. I read on the lanai and drank my coffee there daily.The location is quiet with virtually no traffic. We were glad not to be stuck in west Maui traffic. Most of Kihei is within an easy 15-20-min drive. The nearest walkable beach was the Coast Guard Beach at the end of the street. The surf right at the condo properties was too high to access the beach safely.While there is a Starbucks nearby, skip it and go to Luxe Coffee for onolicious coffee and pastries.Our biggest challenge was sleeping well. The a/c is in the living room. There are a lot of fans to try to move air around the condo but we were not successful in cooling down the bedrooms. We gave up on a/c and slept with the windows open for a (vigorous) cross breeze. Since nighttime temps in August don't go below 75, we just had to cope with hot nights.

This condo has everything! We had all the supplies we needed, and it was fantastic.It is extremely well located, with walking distance to the beach and to great restaurants and stores. Driving distance to other places. Check in and out was easy. Super clean. Beds were super comfortable! The only challenge for us was the main room - we let our son have the big fans which mean that we were toasty in the main bedroom. Other than that, we had a blast!!!

Just like home

Barb and Larry thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and like home! There are so many extras from the kitchen to bedding extras to pool and beach supplies! Everything is clean and well maintained. Their communication during our stay was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me! Ha! You can tell they are proud tobe sharing their space. And view was gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bliss on the Beach

This condo was furnished with so much—beach towels and chairs, lots of scuba supplies, etc. Its in a great location for getting around the island and it has a gorgeous view from the lanai. Saw turtles and whales right from the property. Only downside was that the AC is in the sitting area so it was hard to get to the guest bedroom. The shoreline has had weather damage so could not directly access beach but we knew that ahead of time. Still can get there though.

The condo and location were perfect. There really was everything you needed from shampoos, toiletries, paper goods, cooking spices, coffee, etc. They thought of everything! It was also a good location to travel to different spots on the island if you want to explore!! Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

Amazing Time!

The Condo was amazing! The views were fantastic! We saw both whales and sea turtles. We did not go snorkeling however, other families told us that the snorkeling off the beach was great and had many different fish. My husband and I really enjoyed the BBQ area and all the other guests/residents were very friendly. You can definitely tell that Barb and Larry take a lot of pride into making your stay a wonderful experience. We walked to a mini golf course, shaved ice and a coffee stand. The condo is only 20 minutes from a variety of stores. It was a short drive to Paia and Kihei. I would most definitely book this place again! Mahalo Barb and Larry!

Marvelous Maui!

Our extended family of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed an amazing vacation at this condo. Stunning oceanfront location, easy walk to the Maalaea Harbor, the Maui Ocean Center and to a long, quiet beach at Haycraft Park. Also within short driving distance to the airport, groceries and the rest of the island. The pool, BBQ area and premises were meticulous and the condo itself was clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, beach towels and gear, and almost anything else you might need but forgot to pack! Definitely a highlight to see so many whales and some turtles right from the property and lanai (we appreciated the binoculars). Very easy check in and check out process and excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you Barb and Larry!!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO, IDEAL LOCATION

What a lovely unit, we were really happy staying here. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk to end of the street and a beautiful beach park. The unit is nicely equipped with beach toys. Mahalo to Barb and Larry for sharing their Hawaii Hale!

Summer Paradise

Excellent vacation spot! We had a great time at this peaceful location. Owners provided many supplies and amenities like boogie boards, floaties, sand toys and beach chairs. Easy communication and entry into condo!! This condo is in a great central location for a first time stay in Maui as it allows for easy drive to various locations!! Thanks Larry & Barb!!

Lifetime memories

It is hard to put into words what a wonderful time we had in Barb and Larry's little slice of paradise. The condo is central and easy to access everything we wanted. The Road to Hana, sunrise at Haleakala, beaches in South Maui, Luau in Lahaina, and more beach days in West Maui were all easy drives. The best feature of this condo was that the beach is steps from the property. We went on many family walks on the beach, saw turtles swimming in the water by the condo, and just had fun playing in the warm ocean. Dining on the lanai while watching the waves crash upon the shore never got old. The air conditioner kept us comfortable. Barb and Larry were fabulous hosts. They provided detailed information before arrival, and also responded to emails with tips for things to do. We had a minor issue with a toilet, and they responded right after we texted, getting a plumber to the condo within an hour of communication. They followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Barb and Larry also allowed us a late check out since they didn't have anyone coming that day-it was so helpful with our red eye flight. Not really negatives, but rather things to know: the pool is wonderful, but there are signs up throughout the condo and on the pool that there are no toys, floaties, fins allowed. And, there is only one area that provides shade. This may be important to consider for families with babies/small kids. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to return!

Everything you could want!

This is an amazing property. Perfect location. Right on the beach listen to the waves at night. The beach is over two miles long for walking. Snorkeling right off condo with turtles. Beautiful views.

Great place to stay.

Everything you would want in a Condo. Great location, compy beds plenty of admenties. Smell and hear the ocean at all times. Condo, grounds and pool were well maintained. Will tell my friends about this Condo and will deffitently be back. Took the sunset cruise out of the Harbor on Pride of Maui fun time had by all. Local resraurants and store are worth a visit. JW

We've been happily married since 1984 (over 30 years) and have two wonderful daughters and a super grandson and granddaughter. We both recently retired and wanted a place in the sun. Larry was an engineering manager and Barb was a rental property manager. Together we love vacations, love the sun/beach, and understand how to manage properties. This seemed like a perfect fit to buy a place on Maui and rent it out to old & new friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We visited Maui when our kids were younger and loved the area. After visiting a newly transplanted friend there in the fall of 2012 we decided to see if we could find a place of our own. Luck was on our side and we were able to find this beautiful condo in 2013. We spent five very long weeks remodeling the unit to update it and then because the unit was empty when we purchased it we got to completely furnish it from the beds & couches down to the plates and silverware. Everything was bought new.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We actually bought this condo sight-unseen because we knew the area. Location, location, location, right? The condo sits right on the most beautiful and longest beach on Maui. What makes our condo unique is that it's literally at the beginning of a 4.5 mile sandy beach and most of the beach is on a nature preserve so there are only two other condos on the beach. This provides unbelievable seclusion yet is close to everything on Maui!

There are three main areas on Maui and we're in the middle of all three. To the NW is Lahaina/Kaanapali, to the SE is Kihei/Wailea, and to the N is Kahului. Lahaina/Kaanapali is terrible to stay at because it's too hard to drive to/from so your stuck there. Almost all of the condos in Kihei/Wailea is across a very busy road from the beach so it's no good to stay there. Kahului is the industrial part of Maui so that's not a good place to stay. Maalaea is the best of all worlds. Peaceful with only 10 condo complexes in the area. Right on a sandy beach so no busy highway to cross. Easy to access and easy to venture to everywhere else on the island. It really is the best of all.
