Beautiful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with sweeping views of the gulf. Large balcony and comfortable furniture set for meals and hanging out on the balcony. Filtered water from fridge, elevators not crowded during summer, beach not crowded, a little slice of heaven in Orange Beach. Consider a deep clean. Allergies went wild in the condo and noticed uncleanliness under beds, on light fixtures, etc. Can't confirm, but wonder if there's mold in the unit based on symptoms my family experiences. Overall, would stay again at this complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property I originally rented was taken by the owner and SeaChase called and moved me to this property. It was NOT the same size I had originally rented we did make the best of it. The property was clean and the view was amazing!We had two major setbacks. The Tv didn’t work for two days. I got tired of calling the technician for help, so we sat in silence at night. The other problem was the ceiling in the second bathroom fell in and maintenance came to check on is not once but three times. Yet they did nothing while we were there which was fine. Would I rent this condo again, yes if I didn’t need two beds in the second bedroom and I knew the TV worked.

Check in basically lose a Day

We had a fabulous time first of all. Owner is great. However, check in was at 5 pm and check out by 9 am. So we basically lost a whole day of our vacation. The master bedroom and bath was awesome. But the other bedroom for my sister and brother in law was super small. The sectional in the photo is not there. It’s one small couch. The decor was beautiful! And the kitchen had basically everything we needed.

For this unit I have 1 pro and 2 cons. The view is amazing! It's unbelievable. There is 1 average sized couch for four people. Not an easy way to relax. The bar is unusable because the stool height is off by about 4 inches. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable as always!

Fantastic/ Kids were breathless

We Hope our Family can go again. My 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter, were absolutely in love!! They asked my wife and I, to be the only place we stay at ever again! Thank you for the opportunity!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely would stay again. My only complaint is the balcony furniture is either broken or at risk of breaking from being severely rusted. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Perfect Time Away

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and as a few reviews mentioned, if you tend to be cold in the air conditioning you might want to bring an extra blanket along. There was only one extra blanket in the closet. I did call about the key fobs as we were a bit confused as to why one pouch had two items and the other only had one. The property management company did not return my call and I ended up having to call back for an explanation since I wanted to make sure we would not be charged for a lost item. They were very professional, they just didn't respond. The walk to the beach is short, the pools were clean, the elevator was quick to take us to the 16th floor, its a beautiful condo. We had a great stay!

The condo was clean, felt spacious for our group of 4 adults and kitchen was well stocked for some meal prep at the condo!The grounds were well kept and clean including the pools and hot tubs! Security did a nice job ensuring the grounds were safe. They were kind and not overbearing! Jonathan was excellent at check in! The office staff was helpful and attentive with our questions. Loved having the extra ice maker and washer/dryer. Lots of grocery options close by. Beach front was perfect and not as busy as Gulf Shores! Options for chair rentals or bring your own.Beds were comfortable but could use new pillows or have a few extras available. The balcony furniture was usable but will need replacement soon; having the lounge chairs was nice in addition to the dining set! It was my favorite place to watch the sunrise and sunset!! What a view!!It was a great choice to rent direct!

The most important to us is a comfortable bed and furniture to sit on and this condo was above average in this area. The view was beautiful and elevator was quick to access. We would recommend this condo for up to 4 people to have a great stay.

Family Vacation 2023

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Seachase for a few years now and it's been perfect every time, out of all the units we've stayed in 1603 west is our favorite. This unit has everything you need in the kitchen along with new appliances and a great bar area ice maker, the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and both bathrooms have walk-in showers which we all loved....there is plenty of seating for 7 in the living room and the balcony which has 2 chaise loungers and a high top table and chairs. There originally was 6 of us and then a friend of my Grandson wanted to come, I called the office and they made sure we had an air mattress for our extra guest and the mattress was there when we arrived. Thank you Seachase for another great stay and we will see you again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Listen...this place was EVERYTHING! As soon as you open the door your overwhelmed in a good way by the breathtaking view! I super picky about where I lay my head and this place was spotless except for one random Q-tip under the couch but who is gonna count that when everything was seriously immaculate. Very crisp, clean and FULLY equipped with all the things u need in the kitchen. I seriously did not wanna leave...it was my favorite thing about the trip. I’ve been to Orange Beach countless times but always stayed at one of the Phoenix locations which are nice but not like this. Those are oven crowded with long elevator waits and crowded beach space ohhh but not Sea Chase! I never waited on the elevator and loved the fact that our beach front wasn’t crowded. Listen....every night I contemplated about sleeping on the balcony because the breeze and sound of the waves was heavenly. I have already decided that when I return I want this exact unit....every single time!!! A wonderful stay makes your vacation 100 times better!! See ya next time Sea Chase....you have got my heart!!
