The good - the sinks, showers, linens were all clean. We also had plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. However, the carpet and floors were filthy. There were 42 rugs in the house and 35 were dirty throw rugs/tripping hazards all over the filthy carpet. The site refers to a 'backyard oasis' but the outside is unusable. It is in dangerous condition, inground hot tub has 12 inches of green slime in the bottom, torn out deck, piles of construction material and branches, a gazebo thing in disrepair. The 'outdoor kitchen' is rusted and contains cobwebs. The spare propane tank was left IN THE HOUSE! There is no railing on the deck stairs, plus some wood is rotted. The chairs in the yard are falling apart. There were clothes in the master closet. The pantry was full of food plus some in the refrigerator. The fridge ice/water filter needed to be replaced so that was not useable. Also, the broiler on the oven doesn't work and the toaster oven has broken controls. The description listed smart tv, games but that was not the case. I received 2 different codes for the entry gate and the one for the house was wrong so I had to call the owner to gain access.
