Nestled in a serene, gated community, this cozy apartment offers comfort and a private balcony with a stunning view. Enjoy the pool, relax in the gazebo, have a barbecue, or lounge on the sunny deck chairs. It's all waiting for you.
Electricity costs are included no matter how long you stay. The brand-new Janet’s Supermarket is also conveniently located just across the street.
Would you like to see apartment? Just check in with the security guard at the main gate, and I'll meet you there.
You’ll be staying at the very heart of town, just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, kite schools, the supermarket, and Energym fitness center. It’s only a 20‑minute taxi ride from Puerto Plata airport, so your vacation starts almost as soon as you land.
When you’re ready to cool off, our biggest pool in 108 Phase is waiting for you. And here’s one less thing to worry about: electricity is already included, whether you’re staying a few days or a few weeks.
This bright top‑floor studio has everything you need to feel at home:
-Onditioning and 2 ceiling fans
-Queen‑size bed for a restful sleep
-Smart TV with movies, series, and live channels
-Reliable Wi‑Fi, even by the pool
-Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils)
-Water dispenser with a 5‑gallon bottle
-Safe box and keyless entry

-24/7 security and power (with backup generator)

-BBQ area for relaxing evenings with friends
Being on the top floor means extra privacy — no neighbors above you — and the high, cathedral ceilings make the space feel open and airy.
