Pet Friendly Guesthouse Near the Beach/Downtown

This guesthouse is close to everything which makes it easy to plan your visit! This is an attached guesthouse and the owner lives onsite. There are separate entrances for more privacy. The guesthouse features: 1 full bath, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, a microwave/oven/air-fryer combo, and a 7.5 c‭u ft fridge. It’s walking distance to Indian River and the Melbourne Orlando International Airport. Plus, it’s only a few miles from the beach, Downtown Melbourne, Eau Gallie, and more! There’s also a small dog park down the road.

This is an attached guesthouse with an open concept (about 250 sq ft) and a shared fenced in back yard. The guesthouse features its own air conditioning/heat, dining room table and 2 chairs, kitchenette with a 7.5 cu‭ ft fridge/top freezer, an air fryer/microwave/oven combo, and a kitchen sink, as well as a large closet with a 50″ TV, a bedroom with a full size bed, and 2 chairs. The smart TV is a Fire TV with WiFi provided so that you can use your favorite apps. Disclaimer: there is a pool in the backyard with a pool cover, but it is not for guests. The left side of the yard (to the left of the pool) can be used by guests. I also have a dog and guests are allowed to bring their pets so it’s possible to encounter my dog and/or dog poop if you are in the backyard. Please keep dogs to the yard to the left side of the pool and on a leash. Guests are allowed to smoke outside and vape inside/outside. There is also a Level 2 car charger available by request and at an extra cost.

Other things to note:
Dogs and cats are allowed with no fee. Please let me know if you have a different pet that you would like to bring during your stay. Please keep dogs to the yard on the left side of the pool and on a leash. Guests are allowed to smoke outside and vape inside/outside.
