The Space:

Premium location right near Cherry Grove Pointe... an amazingly well maintained and updated condo. Personalized service, how awesome the condo is, along with the direct Ocean views, buildings condition, amenities and location. You will love this condo and location! Sea Pointe, located in the northern most section of North Myrtle Beach at Cherry Grove, North Ocean Blvd is quiet, serene, and family friendly. Pull into the driveway of this 10 story building and allow the palm trees and exotic plantings to welcome you to Paradise. This solid, concrete building and its soothing color is the passageway to a relaxing, refreshing seaside adventure. Get acquainted with your surroundings by taking one of the two elevators down to the first floor (or the stairs if you desire). The beach is accessible without any steps.



Notice the 3 BBQ charcoal grilles for your steaks or fresh fish. Walk past the indoor heated pool and hot tub onto the large outside sundeck complete with lounge chairs, table and showers. A few steps more lead you to the white sandy beach - you have now arrived!! Choose to unwind either on the sand or sundeck where the comforting sounds and views of the Atlantic Ocean surround you. The amazing views from our spacious 5th floor unit may keep you (for a time) from the beach below. Get up early and see the sunrise from your large private 18 x 8 foot balcony, also watch the dolphins playing in the ocean. Sit on one of the 5 Captain chairs with your beverage and gaze out to the sea while listening to the peaceful calm of the waves. Watch as the day turns into a moonlit evening, yes, this is living! Cherry Grove beaches are clean and never feel crowded. The kitchen was recently totally updated and is totally awesome.



Our large condo, ( 1,240 sq ft with balcony), has a well-stocked kitchen with ample glasses, plates, silverware, cookware, and utensils with lots of counter space for preparing family meals. Even a George Foreman Grill for Paninis, Crock Pot, Keurig 2.0 Coffee Machine, Cuisinart Fresh Grind and Brew Coffee Pot maker and a Ninja Blender with a 72 oz pitcher. I have many board games in the living room along with a 55 inch Smart HD 1080p 240hz TV with 4 HDMI and 1 component. Samsung 310 watt Dual Tube Sound System with connect hook ups for your Bluetooth and auxiliary devices, HD cable box, Leather Queen Sofa which turns into a very comfortable queen size bed, and Motorized Leather Recliner. Washer and Dryer all in one, so all you have to do is put your laundry in the machine and when it's done it is also steam aired dry.



The Master bedroom with Ocean views has new furniture with a new Stearns and Foster Luxury Estate King size bed purchased 2/24, two night stands and a dresser, double closets, iron and ironing board, room safe, private full bathroom, glass sliding balcony doors, elegant sun blocking drapes which open out to the balcony and the ocean. It also has a 43 inch UHD 4K Active HD Virtual Surround Sound Smart TV and HD cable box, The private Master bathroom was upgraded into a luxurious bathroom, it has a large walk-in shower with a heavy duty 250 lb weighted seat and a Grohe 16 inch Rain Shower Head, hair dryer, hi toilet, and double sink vanity. 2nd Guest Bedroom, has Inlet Water View, new furniture; 1) Queen bed, Plush Pillow Top Bed mattress, two night end tables, dresser, 43 inch HD 1080p and 120HZ TV, large closet, and connects to the second full bathroom with a tub and 8 inch shower head. 3rd bedroom, Monster bunk bed (twin/full steel frame) with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top, great for adults and kids, 43 inch HD Smart TV, Newest Xbox Series X and a PS4 with 500GB with 2 wireless remotes for each game, an end table, dresser and closet. Every bedroom has at least two windows, TV, smoke detector and alarm clock.



In the living room you can easily use the TV and Cable Box on 1 remote. Entire condo was recently repainted and is touched up often, I have accent lights over the kitchen sink and the entire condo floor is tiled. Guest and Master bedroom and Living Room furniture are all recently purchased. Ample counter space and storage cabinets with many USB chargers. You don't have to cross a street to park, it is all right here. We have an attached 4 story parking garage. Two cars permitted.



We are close to everything, yet, also far enough away to enjoy the beach. We used to sit on our balcony and watch our preteen son skim-board along the beach. It is important to us that you enjoy the accommodations we have prepared for you because we want you to have the best vacation ever! I try to anticipate your every need because I believe the little things, are the big thing!



Sea Pointe 507 is sure to please, just bring your beach towels, flip flops and relax. I make it easy for you, you make it fun. I also have USB chargers in every room. Rentals are easy to find, but nice ones, are hard to forget.



Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex grounds & pool.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 4.4 miles

🐟 Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is about 1.8 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking passes for your stay. Ubers, taxies, and Lyft readily available in the area.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.



Routine Pest Control happens on the third Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: WiFi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
