Located just a moment from I-95, you can easily zip to Kings Dominion 12min, State Fairgrounds 13min, Ashland 20min, Fredericksburg 35min, or Richmond 30min.

The space:

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick single-level home. This home is best suited for 4 adults and 3 kids, however adults have utilized the Bunk Room in a pinch. We book up to 7 adults, but please be mindful of the weight limit of the bunk beds.

There is a large flat yard to enjoy. The house is adjacent to I-95, so while outside you will hear highway noise. Inside the house is very peaceful and quiet.

There is no dishwasher. Guests do not have access to a washer & dryer.


Guest access:

You’ll have access to the whole house and yard, apart from the attic, the basement, the shed, and the locked cupboards in the bathroom.


Other things to note:

This home is best suited for up to four adults and three children. We do, however, allow bookings of up to 7 adults. While the Bunk Room does accommodate three, it wouldn’t be the most comfortable for three grown adults. The upper bunk has a weight limit of 200lbs. Please keep this in mind when booking the Collected Cottage.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably with an extra table and 2 chairs in the kitchen area.

The living room has 2 armchairs and a 3 person couch. There are various benches and chairs that can be used for extra seating.

We have a standard 40 gallon hot water heater. Please keep this in mind for large parties that want to shower at approximately the same time.
