Cozy urban oasis 15 minutes to Manhattan, American Dream & MetLife Stadium

Be our guest! Fully renovated studio apartment with kitchenette and relaxing garden located 15 minutes by express bus from Times Square, Manhattan. Cozy apartment with private entrance features queen sized bed, smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dining area and private bathroom. Be in Manhattan in minutes to see all that New York City has to offer. Half a block walk to the express bus that takes you directly into the city, and a 10-minute walk to the Hudson Bergen light rail that connects you to the ferry and PATH trains. We are also half a block from the bus that takes you to Hoboken or to the attractions at American Dream (Nickelodeon Universe, Dreamworks Waterpark and more) as well as MetLife stadium. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the basement level. A few things to note: This is a studio space with a kitchenette (no stove or oven). It is best suited to couples or families with two adults and two children maximum. We have a travel crib available for infants. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the property at any time and is subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. The garden is a shared space with an outdoor couch, table, and lawn. We ask that guests provide a photo ID before reserving to ensure the profile matches the guest. We live on site and ask that guests respect our family and our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. No parties, events or outside guests are permitted at any time. Street parking is available with a parking pass from the city for $11 a day (the rate set by the city). By booking, you agree to abide by our house rules and to respect our space as we respect yours.
