Great location, plenty of room , clean and organized , had everything we needed great neighborhood very quiet but close to restaurants and stores too … awesome stay

We had a lovely stay with our extended family in this delightful home. The kitchen was super well-stocked including 2 large stock pots that we used for corn on the cob. The grill was in excellent condition for cooking burgers and hot dogs. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to be 2 blocks from the beach; grandchildren’s little legs could easily walk it! I just love Ocean Grove and the kid’s enjoyed ice cream at Days; again, a short walk for the littles.

Great location. House lacked soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels. It only had 4 beach passes for a 12 person house. The beach chairs were rusted and down in the basement. The 3 floor had 3 bedrooms but no bathroom

We had a wonderful stay at this property this summer. The house is very spacious and bedrooms were each well appointed and large. While we were there the AC went out on 2nd and 3rd floors(and it was hot,!). Karen, our host, was exceptionally responsive And the repairman was there almost immediately!

A beautiful home with enough amenities for our family of 10. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, the beach, and for time relaxing outside in the evenings. Also convenient to everything. The five star hosts Karen and Brian were quick to respond to any questions we had. They truly made us feel comfortable in their home.

Very comfortable house with a decent size porch. Walking distance to the beach. Being able to use the second floor bathroom helped the couples on the second floor. The wooden stairs case was slightly slippery. Overall a very nice house to rent for 12 adults.

This beautiful house has it all and walkable to town and the boardwalk. Every room is warm and inviting. The host is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend!

Old world charm with all the modern conveniences.

Beautifully decorated, this home warm and inviting and is great for entertaining out of town guests. There are plenty of bedrooms with on-suites for privacy. Its a terrific home for families or multiple couples. This grand victorian offers morning coffee on the front porch watching this quiet town come alive or sunrises over the Atlantic. This home is the heart of Ocean Grove...walk to fine restaurants in town or a short walk down the boardwalk to seaside dining. Karen and Brian were available at a moments notice and offered great suggestions for restaurants and entertainment in the area.

Exceptional Property

Four generations of our family gathered at this gracious, comfortable, beautifully maintained home in Ocean Grove. We made some happy memories there. Plenty of room for everyone ages 2 to 98. The house was very clean and the owners very responsive . The location close to stores, restaurants ,beach and boardwalk was delightful and convenient. The owners are planning to add a third floor bathroom which would be a welcome addition to the three bedrooms and loft area on that level. Thank you to the owners who made every effort to make us feel at home iat Lyric Manor. We all hope to return next summer . We highly recommend this property .

Exceptional treasure with so much charm and appeal

I don't know where to begin with my experience. The house was warm, inviting, immaculate and so much more. All 7 bedrooms were of a generous size and many had bathrooms within, the sitting room is so charmingly decorated with doors that open in the summer so that you can sit on the front porch. The location was exceptional...walking distance to the boardwalk, Stone Pony and other wonderful restaurants plus the enchanting town. I cannot recommend this treasure enough!

Spacious, beautifully appointed beach estate.

This beautiful Victorian beach home is well appointed and oh so comfortable. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out when needed and many comfortable sitting areas that would draw us all back together. The kitchen is fully stocked and spotless. Each of the 2nd floor bedrooms are en suites. NO FIGHTING OVER THE BATHROOMS! This house solved our usual vacation house bathroom squabbles. Morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the comfortable, spacious front deck is another mentionable highlight. And just a few hundred feet to the local ice cream shop and main shopping drag. The beach was spectacular even on a late September weekend. It's really the best of both worlds. The quiet, quaint charm of Ocean Grove, and the excitement of neighboring Asbury Park for when you want to switch gears. Also, no question went unanswered. Karen & Brian, owners, were so responsive and accommodating. They have such a beautiful home in a such a beautiful setting. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Gorgeous house in a great location!

The house was absolutely beautiful, and very conveniently located to everything! We were just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and there were also many quaint shops, great restaurants, and nightlife spots all within walking distance. Such a wonderful place to vacation--we will definitely be back!

Can't wait to return!

We decided on a Girls' Weekend for mid-September in Ocean Grove, and Lyric Manor was the perfect choice! I was thrilled to see how beautifully maintained the home was, which made our stay in this quaint beach town a weekend to remember. Planning on making it a yearly get-away!

Truly Charming historic home with lots of space. A great location close to Asbury Park.

Our first time to ocean grove for a family reunion, and we’ve already decided to make it a regular tradition. We love historic home and this one did not disappoint. It’s got all the character we hoped for along with modern technology and appointments. House was very clean when we arrived. We cook, so gourmet kitchen with gas stove was very welcomed. Because the house is located close to beach and boardwalk, we kept the car parked and mostly walked. Downtown is literally across the street and we walked to Asbury Park several times. Kids enjoyed the loft area on the third floor. Definitely going to try to come back to this one.

Perfect

Only a block from the beach, this house was perfect. From the friendliness of the renters to the decoration within the home, it provided the perfect environment for my family and I to vacation. Even not in season, there was plenty to do from the shops to walks down the boardwalk. We will definitely be going back!
