This vibrant, airy 3-bedroom townhome is ideal for groups or families on extended visits. Just minutes to the beach or hillside trails and office & healthcare facilities, you can play and work in LA's best neighborhood. A casual waltz within a few blocks bring you to great coffee, highly rated restaurants, a Saturday farmers market, and Whole Foods.
The master bedrooms feature a dream-inspiring queen bed, a TV, and tons of closet space. The second bedroom is currently set up as a reading / yoga room painted in soothing blue, but can be outfitted with two beds upon request. The third bedroom is an office with desk and chair, and a bed can be added upon request. A downstairs bathroom features a roomy shower. The upstairs bathroom is separated into a dual-vanity sink room that leads into the master bedroom & main hallway and another room with the tub-shower and toilet.
The spacious fully stocked kitchen and bright-airy living room will make you feel right at home. Amenities like linens & towels, an iron, and a hair dryer, you'll have everything you need for a nice stay. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and another hair dryer for your convenience. My place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Santa Monica.

I've lived in Santa Monica for almost 15 years. The proximity to nature in the Malibu hills, the beach, all the restaurants, and quick freeway access to the rest of LA makes it the best part of the county. My neighborhood is the most culturally and ethnically diverse, with great neighbors.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It's hard to find a bigger space than this 3-bedroom, two-story townhome without paying a lot more for a standalone house. With windows on both sides, it gets ample light and ocean breezes throughout the year. The complex is gated for security. The unit has a dedicated parking space in the back, and the block doesn't require a parking permit.
