Welcome to Peak of Perfection, a modern rustic, where high-end comfort meets elegance amidst the natural beauty of Hochatown. Surrounded by towering pines, this cabin was designed with entertainment in mind. The retreat features a game room and a media room for indoor fun, while outside, a covered deck and an outdoor grill invite alfresco dining and leisure. Peak of Perfection has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms--including 2 half baths, sleeping 19.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2 night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times.***

• GATHERING SPACE
Upon entering the main level, guests are greeted by a spacious mud bench, offering ample storage and hooks for outdoor gear. Beyond this practical welcome, the main living room unfolds with an impressive floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, setting the stage for relaxation and socializing. The area is adorned with upscale industrial and modern rustic décor, including an oversized sectional and leather accent chairs arranged around a smart TV, all illuminated by large windows showcasing the surrounding natural beauty.
The living room seamlessly transitions into a kitchen and dining area designed for communal meals and effortless entertainment. The dining setup accommodates 16 guests between a large table and a granite island, ensuring space for everyone. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the gas stovetop, microwave, two ovens, and dual dishwashers, alongside a deep sink that simplifies meal preparation for large groups.
Adjacent to the front entrance, a game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, TV, gaming system, and seating for four offers an alternative space for entertainment and leisure. This area, complete with a half bathroom.
Upstairs, additional entertainment awaits. Guests will find a media room to unwind and watch the big game, or their favorite movie.
The washers & dryers are also found on the ground floor for guest convenience.

• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
This cabin does not lack space, with 5 bedrooms and 7 baths (including 2 half baths). 3 King bedrooms sit on the first floor, along with private bathrooms for each. The additional 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, one being a King bedroom and the other being a bunk room containing 2 Queen beds and 6 Twin XL. Each of these rooms also has a private bath. Two half baths are found on the ground floor. All bedrooms have private or semi-private bathrooms, and all beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.
Peak of Perfection's sleeping arrangements are meticulously designed to offer both luxury and privacy. On the bottom floor, the first of four king bedrooms can be found, featuring a king-size bed, TV, and a private bath, setting the standard for the accommodations to follow. The master bedroom, positioned at the end of the hall, amplifies this luxury with a king-size bed, TV, and an expansive bathroom equipped with double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. French doors in the master bedroom open directly onto the covered deck, offering serene views and a tranquil escape.
Ascending to the second level, guests are greeted by two additional master suites, each boasting private balconies with sweeping views of the creek below. These suites are furnished with king-size beds, TVs, and private baths featuring double sinks and walk-in showers, with one suite also including a twin sleeper for additional sleeping space.
Adjacent to the media room lies a private bunkroom, a three-level haven of fun and comfort. This room is perfect for both kids and adults, featuring 2 queen and 6 twin XL beds, designed to accommodate adults comfortably as well. The bunkroom also benefits from access to a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The cabin is positioned on 1+ wooded acres in the Timber Creek Trails South Addition. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

• 3 miles from the north State Park entrance and great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine

A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
