Además, el apartamento está muy limpio y muy cerca de la playa de Surf Side, a solo 4 minutos a pie.
El edificio se encuentra a 7-9 minutos a pie del centro con una sala de cine, casino, restaurantes, Starbucks, tiendas, supermercado, etc. y a 10 minutos en taxi de "Palm Beach" donde se encuentra la vida nocturna.

Good neighborhood. Short walking distance to a nice beach with calm water and a couple restaurant/ bar choices. In the other direction, walking distance to the cruise port, downtown, and many more restaurants, bars, and shopping. However, I did not find a good supermarket within close walking distance.Clean apartment. Responsive host. Good closet space to hang clothes, but not much shelving or storage. No wall outlet in bathroom. Nice towels. There are not basic cooking items provided, so be prepared to buy cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. You can hear airplanes at the airport, but it is not too loud.Apartment was not ready until almost 5pm. The air conditioner was broken so they were installing a new one (thank you!), but the inconvenience was that the apartment was not cleaned and ready for me at 2pm check-in time and I was not notified until I showed up at 2pm.

9 nights in Aruba

10 days and 9 nights, more than enough. Luty the property manager/owner was really nice and property was good, very well maintained and convenient to a lot of places. Parking was available for a rental car; AC was cold; showers were hot; coffee maker in the room. And there was. Clothes line to dry clothes! As with MOST properties in Aruba the bed will be mostly hard but new. Tv channels really suck too- Cricket but no Wimbledon. Vrbo is the way to go when on the island.

Affordable, great location, and just as described

The property is just as described. As others had already stated, it needs an extra shelve and a luggage rack. However the location is great, we walked 5 to 10 minutes to a nice beach. 8 minutes to a grocery store (take your backpack to carry the stuff back) it is equipped for two (two plates, two forks, two glasses, etc), but the host is very amiable and attentive, he helped us checking in and provided other things that we needed (we needed an iron), he will provide if you ask. There is parking in the front for at least 5 cars. Taxis are expensive (US25) so think about renting a car. Aruba bus stops are also nearby so you can also ride the bus. I did not rate it 5 starts because of the shelves, but the mattress is fine, the bathroom also, shower has hot water. In general I am very satisfied and I will definitely rent this place again if I go back as it is very affordable.

Luty was the best host I have ever had! He embodies the Arubian charm and welcoming demeanor! He was ALWAYS available for questions and drove us around to get acquainted with the area. I have NEVER had a host drive me around! You just cannot get any better than this! Walking distance to beach! The room was very quiet and safe area. You will not be disappointed with Luty! I highly recommend...5 star all the way!!!

Pleasant stay overall

Although the studio is small it suited our needs and our finances. The bed was comfortable and the area safe, well-lit, and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, stores, downtown, etc. Luty went out of his way to provide for us everything we needed and asked for. He is a wonderful host.

Luty was a fantastic host. He was quick with service when needed and made my stay so enjoyable. He was helpful getting me acclimated to the island. I was there for a month and found the accommodations adequate for my needs. This studio is close to Renaissance Mall, Surfside Beach and the National Library. I used grocery delivery while I was there and the fridge kept my food cold and the kitchenette made easy meal prep for light meals. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. Overall, I enjoyed the location and the quiet, clean atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to add small shelving for unpacking my suitcase. There was a small clothes rack but no place to put folded clothes.

This was a good place to stay in Aruba. Close to the beach and little beach bars and quiet as it is located away from the hustle and bustle of Oranjestad. An easy 15 minute walk to the Renaissance complex to shop your heart out. Very comfortable and inexpensive. Thee could have been a few more glasses and plates, bowls and cups though. All in all adequate for an easy affordable stay in Aruba.

Great place to stay

This studio apartment was exactly as advertised. Myself and my husband were there for 6 days. If you’re looking for a bargain this is the place to be. It’s ver close to everything so there’s no need to stay somewhere expensive. The bed was very comfortable and the fact that you could open your bedroom door and be outside was a plus for us. If you have someone in a wheelchair like we do (our 24 year old son who has cerebral palsy) there a 6” step to enter the property and a 3to4” step get into the room. He has a light weight power wheelchair that would be easy to slightly tilt or lift to get into the room. The doorway to the room and bathroom should be fine to drive through also. All in all the place was amazing and so was the host. I got a chance to briefly meet him on a he was out. He contacted us to ask how things were going during our stay but we were to busy having fun lol

In a pinch. Needed a place for two days.

Place is very basic , small with old propane stove but it served our needs. Close to Oranjestad. 10 minute walk. We are not high maintenance so all good for us. Glad we found it quickly.

I like the fact that you have everything acailable in the room. The furnitures are just simple not too fancy but in good condition. Recommended for an economic stay.

Room Size

Room was small. Room was clean and good for a short stay. I would recommend a rack to hold a suitcase be added to the room. I would come back for a short stay.

The property was located near the downtown area and was clean and had air conditioning. The only thing I could have used that wasn’t provided was a hair dryer. The price was very affordable. The owner met us at the property and was very nice.
