the apartments are over 130 square feet in size and have 3 beds. and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and full kitchen. there are shopping center and restaurants close by. the transportation routes are just one block away and very cheap. the train is only 5 mins. away if you want to get around quickly 30 mins to BocaChica Beach.
The space
The apartment is modern and has all new furnisher and electric appliances all you need.

2Air conditioners and 2 Televisions in the livingroom and the master bedrooms. We have Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and two twin bed and one full bed in the third bedroom.

There is a power inverter in the rare case that power goes out.

We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on through a switch.

The bathrooms is fully equipped with towels and bedsheets if needed as by the client.

The kitchen has a stove with an oven, all the kitchen utencils including dining utencils, cups, pots, pans, microwaves and a coffee machine.

You can enjoy your meals on the 6 seat dinning table.
You can feel free to use all spaces inside the apartment, nice and comfortable and very clean and space with easy access inside of the residential and easy going to all the city National District.

We have 2 airports nearby. Las Américas Airport is 35 minutes and La Isabela Airport (for local flights) is 10 minutes away. Metro and cable car are available until 12am.
