Hi Nicholaus, we’re disappointed to read this review, as it does not align with the documented events surrounding your stay. During your check-out, we contacted local law enforcement due to your aggressive behavior toward our staff. The responding officers reviewed our surveillance footage, spoke with those involved, and inspected your wife’s alleged injury. Based on their review, they did not find any evidence supporting the version of events described by you. We understand that you are frustrated that the documented footage and law enforcement’s assessment do not support your account of events. However, leaving negative reviews wherever possible with claims that are inconsistent with the documented evidence does not change what occurred. Our video footage and the responding officers’ assessment simply disagree with the claims being made. At this point, we are comfortable relying on the documented footage and law enforcement’s handling of the situation, and we will consider the matter closed.
