Escape to the beauty of southern Sweden in this modern, architect-designed holiday home. Nestled beside Stenshuvud National Park and only a short walk from Knäbäckshusen Beach, this stylish retreat combines Scandinavian design with the tranquility of nature.
Inside, the home features high ceilings, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating, and expansive glass walls that flood the rooms with natural light. The living area is perfect for relaxing with a cozy fireplace, Apple TV + Netflix, and comfortable Scandinavian furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg stove with double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need for family meals. A skylight above the dining table creates a warm and inviting space to gather.
This home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King/double bed (180 cm) with built-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds (2 x 90 cm), Netflix TV, built-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds (2 x 90 cm), built-in wardrobe
The bathroom is modern and well equipped, with limestone flooring, underfloor heating, and a washer/dryer.
Bonus for families: In addition to the main house, there is a separate small house (10 sqm) with glass doors and a cozy sofa – the perfect private hangout for kids and teens, while adults enjoy some quiet time in the main house.
Outdoors, a spacious patio provides open views of the national park and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy outdoor dining under the covered terrace, grill fresh meals on the BBQ, or unwind on the sun loungers. For fun, the house offers a basketball hoop, darts, and cornhole.
