The window locks are something we take very seriously, and we will have those inspected and repaired promptly to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests. Regarding the bed being pulled away from the wall — we completely understand how that may have appeared unusual. That was done intentionally by our cleaning team as part of our thorough cleaning process to ensure every area of the room is properly cleaned. We apologize for any concern this caused and will make sure the bed is returned to its proper position after cleaning going forward.
