Hermosa y céntrica casa de 2 hab. En Kailua, Kona Hawaii

Nuestra casa adosada se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada que ha mantenido excelentes terrenos con 3 canchas de tenis, una piscina y al lado de la playa donde puedes caminar y disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol de Hawai. Se encuentra en Alii Drive, a poca distancia en auto del famoso centro de Alii, donde hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes junto al malecón. También está a pocos pasos de una de las mejores playas de esnórquel en Hawai, la bahía de Kahalu'u. Nuestro complejo cuenta con unidades de barbacoa de gas en varias áreas para uso de sus residentes e invitados.

Parte del complejo está frente al mar y en menos de 2 minutos a pie desde nuestra unidad a lo largo de un camino en el complejo. Aquí puede disfrutar de los hermosos atardeceres hawaianos desde la playa. Solo traiga las sillas de jardín que ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes. Otra parte del complejo da al campo de golf de Keauhou (abierto al público).

Nuestra sala de estar tiene un hermoso mural que representa una escena tropical que mejora la habitación.

Nuestra casa adosada es una unidad de habitación de 2 camas totalmente amueblada y decorada profesionalmente con 2 camas king size, ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, TV por cable en la sala de estar y una de las habitaciones, Internet WiFi y llamadas LD gratuitas a los EE. UU. Y Canadá.

Tenemos una hermosa terraza con azulejos al lado de la sala de estar donde puede disfrutar de momentos tranquilos. La cocina está totalmente equipada.

Los electrodomésticos incluyen aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, lavadora / secadora, refrigerador, horno, microondas, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, etc.

Nuestras tarifas se dividen entre Temporada baja (mayo-septiembre) y Temporada alta (octubre - diciembre). También ofrecemos una tarifa con descuento para reservas de 30 días o más. Por favor, consulte la sección de tarifas.

The place was exactly as described.

The description was exactly what we got. It was a great location for everything we did. The nearby beach was great for snorkeling. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely property, convenient location, quiet, clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the private lanai with 3 geckos and birds visiting every morning. We would return. The hosts were excellent communicators and helpful with challenging travel delays.

Girlfriends Annual Trip

First time to the Hawaii and the Big Island! Loved the location. Easy to get to everything on our list of things to do. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary items - even some extra food items that were lift from previous guest. Loved the small beach area and how quite it was. If we were ever to return to the Big Island, definitely a place we stay again and also recommend to others!

We had a lovely stay at Tony's place. He was very communicative and friendly, made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. All the instructions for how to care for the place were very clear. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The water pressure was good. The air conditioners were incredibly effective. We enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai as well. The pool was clean and a nice place to relax and read. There was a beautiful rocky overlook to the ocean within the complex where we watched the sunset. There's a shopping plaza nearby where you can get coffee, a local bookstore with kitties to pet, a grocery store and pharmacy, everything you could need. This was a perfect home away from home to stay in while in town for the Ironman. Would stay again!!

Home away from home

Our family felt very relaxed and welcome in Pat and Tony’s townhouse. The amenities are great here and the townhouse is comfortable, well stocked and clean. The location is convenient too. Great Place!

The property was very clean and had everything we could have wanted and more. We loved enjoying morning coffee on the lanai. We spoke with Tony, the owner a couple of times to ask some questions and he was so kind and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, I slept really well. Instructions were clear and helpful. Perfect vacation spot

I have stayed at this gated community many times now, and my stay this year did not disappoint. My host communicated very well, was always available if I had a question, and the place was perfect for my needs. There were plenty of consumables when I arrived, lots of towels and replacement sheets. Everything inside was very clean, and no bugs. The unit is a short walk to everything; pool, racquet courts, grill, beach. And if you want, a 15 minute walk to the grocery store. Great stay Thank you for having me

Perfect location & comfort right next to snorkeling spots!

We loved staying at the condo, Tony & Pat were extremely helpful with great tips for local spots to check out. They were fast at responding, and we felt like the space had everything we needed to be comfortable. In the upstairs closet there’s beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and pool noodles. There was a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and AC downstairs. The community pool and grills are nice and there’s beautiful views of the ocean. Some of the best snorkeling in Kona is just down the street at Kahalu’u Beach, and amazing beaches nearby, along with great food, and the Kona Farmers Market. Can’t recommend it enough!

Awesome place to Stay !!!

Could not be happier! Central location and beautiful grounds.Loved the unit and it had everything we needed for a month stay. Great communication with Owners . We loved playing pickle ball and watching sunsets here . Met a lot of great people !! Unit was clean and well stocked and loved the new TV at night . It definitely felt like a home away from home . Price for unit was one of the best in this location. We will stay here again if possible and can’t wait until our next trip back ! Thanks again for everything!! Mahalo !!!

Great location for snorkeling and sunsets

This rental is very comfortable for two people and could also service two couples as well. The unit is very well equipped with great pots/pans and utensils. We were long stay so we cooked most of our meals with ease here. The complex is seaside and a short two minute walk with the beach chairs provided takes you to a shoreline with awesome sunset views. We went almost daily with our beverage of choice and snacks. For those who like to snorkel, the best little bay in the area is only two minutes drive north and a shopping centre for groceries or a drug store is only a two minute drive in the opposite direction. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Tony and Pat have thought of everything that you would need and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Home away from home

We loved our time at Pat and Tony’s townhome. We have stayed here numerous times over the years. It is newly updated, very clean and welcoming. The decor is fresh, clean and tropical. It is great having two full bathrooms, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you would need to cook your favourite meals. There are brand new laundry machines for guests’ use. The air conditioning makes it super comfortable for sleeping, and there are beach chairs and other beach items available for our use. There is a lovely lanai (patio) where we ate all our meals while enjoying the surrounding beautiful gardens and the little geckos who come to visit. At the complex, we loved the communal bbqs and the pool is clean and very lovely as well. There are Tennis/pickle ball courts available as well as table tennis. We spent most evenings viewing the gorgeous sunsets at the beach adjacent to the property. The location of the complex is very convenient, as it is not too far from downtown Kona, close to the shopping centre and grocery store, and has easy access to the highway. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a holiday! It’s truly a home away from home. We will be back!

Let’s start with the location first. Easy access to a little beach that is mostly volcanic rock and some sand. Excellent place to catch sunset. This area has little title pools where you can see different kinds of urchin and fish and occasionally a manta ray. There are two grocery stores and several shopping centers nearby so you can stock up on food. There are two really good coffee, shops and several really good restaurants for affordable eating out options. The swimming pool is great when we stayed there was ukulele classes on Monday mornings and Tuesdays and Thursday mornings are water aerobics, which is actually a lot of fun the rest of the grounds easy access to outdoor grills plenty of walking areas to walk to and from the beach and up to the shopping center if you desire.Now now for the unit itself, what a great cozy little condo. If the weather gets bad, there is an enormous TV that you can watch movies or TV on while the weather passes. The kitchen has every gadget you might need as well as a coffee pot and electric stove and the washer and dryer are located in the kitchen as well as the refrigerator. The lanai outback is a great place to watch the geckos climb up and down the side of the building, the mongoose skitter from bush to bush, and listen to all of the birds in the morning sing. Two showers make it really nice. If you have multiple people both bedrooms we found to be excellent air conditioning options for both rooms

Review of 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse in Kahaluu Bay

Quite a roomy place. Well furnished kitchen. Much of the furniture seemed dated but was reasonably comfortable. Outdoor space had no views except parking lots. We would have liked a percolator coffee pot in addition to the Keurig coffee maker. Would have liked a swimming beach.

My name is Pat and my husband's name is Tony. We are retirees and enjoy traveling, tennis, cooking, etc. We grew up in a tropical country so we like the sun. Our principal residence is in Fort Myers, Florida. We used to live in British Columbia, Canada where we often visit as well as the big island.

We both grew up in the Philippines where the climate is tropical so Hawaii was a natural fit. Why Kona? We like this island the best because of the variety of easily accessible outdoor activities year round. It is different from the big city life in that it is a very relaxing environment with a lot of history.

Our town home is in a gated resort community ideally located in famous Alii Drive which is the main road leading to the shops and restaurants along the sea wall. We do not get the traffic noise of downtown Alii and yet close enough that a 15 minute drive will get us there. It also provides for a good jog downtown if one feels energetic enough.

The Keauhou shopping center which includes a grocery store, movie theatre, drug store, restaurants, etc. is only a short 10 minute walk.

Our home is a two-level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom town home. It is situated in a quite cul de sac in the complex with only a 1 or 2 minute walk to the beach along the path within the complex.

Our complex has excellently maintained grounds which offers three tennis courts, a swimming pool, access to the beach which borders part of the area in the complex and provides one of the best sunsets, just bring along your lounging chair and enjoy the show.

Our town home has been professionally decorated in a quiet cul de sac in the complex. The entire unit has been recently renovated and appliances upgraded.
