Our wonderful experience began before we even arrived! The host was incredibly responsive. Check-in was seamless, with easy-to-follow entry instructions.The home itself is absolutely stunning, & we loved the décor and style! There was plenty of seating for dining, making it easy for our families to gather for meals.The master suite was one of our favorite features. The bed was super comfortable, & the spacious double shower felt like a luxury retreat. The walk-in closet had plenty of shelving & hanging space for unpacking. The private balcony off the upstairs master bedroom was a highlight. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was simply breathtaking.The hosts truly thought of everything. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, & lotion. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils, & a huge refrigerator. We prepared several meals with ease.We loved eating at The Pedal-In. We had cheeseburgers & malts & were amazed by how affordable it was. 3 of us ate for around 30. It’s a cute diner right off the bike trail.We also visited the Panora Farmers Market at the Guthrie County Historical Village. Along with local vendors, there was a free museum with an old schoolhouse, church, train depot, & train cars. What an unexpected gem this was. This lake house was the perfect combination of comfort, style, thoughtful amenities, & beautiful views. We made wonderful family memories here & would absolutely visit again!
