Pet is allowed; there is a charge per pet per stay.

Hot tub care: do not turn off heater, don’t refill or drain water, and always replace cover after use — this keeps the water clean, maintains heat, and prevents the need for extra chemicals to rebalance it.

Grill instructions: turn on propane tank valve (located under counter) before use and turn off valve and knob after. Always replace cover.

Thermostat control via Nest — use ECO or OFF when leaving.

Smoking rules: allowed outside only, outdoor ashtray provided. No smoking indoors — extra cleaning fee applies. No open flames due to fire restrictions.
