Waterfront home with just a short 3 house walk to your own private beach. This home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and an outdoor shower. In addition, the home has a beautiful outdoor sitting and dining area, fire pit and a hot tub. Fully equipped, wireless internet, smart TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. Life does not get much better than being this close to the ocean. Your family can enjoy a short walk to the community playground or the local Popponesset Marketplace that offers, ice cream, pizza, chowda, miniature golf, shopping and much more. Located at the Marketplace is the Raw Bar, voted best in New England for Lobster Rolls! Free live music concerts are enjoyed Thursday through Sunday evenings during the summer season where outside dancing is enjoyed by young and old. The Popponesset community is very friendly and ready for you to enjoy.
Due to homeowner allergies, no pets and/or smoking/vaping are allowed!

This home! Wow! We gave each other a high five when we walked in. The place was extremely clean. We took our shoes off at the door because it was so clean. The decorations are second to none. The accommodations are five star with all the necessities you could possibly think of readily available. We absolutely love the neighborhood. It had easy beach access, pizza restaurant, church and an ice cream shop. This home is a great place to stay while on vacation!

The house is lovely and backyard over looking the pond is quite nice. Bathroom is tiny and bath/shower is older and tight. I am a small person and found it okay but my husband who is 6 feet found it small

This property is beautiful and made for a wonderful stay down in the cape. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and pond just steps from the back door. My kids enjoyed the beach, fishing and kayaking. The house was beautiful and fully equipped for everything you might need while visiting. We have stayed at numerous properties down in the cape and this might have just become our new favorite.

Wonderful Fall Cape Getaway

What a wonderful stay on the Cape in a beautiful setting that was so quiet and peaceful, we both unwound and relaxed from our very busy lives. The house was warm and comfortable and the proximity to the beach was excellent. We especially loved the hot tub on the cool evenings. Big shout out to the property managers, Paul and Katy! Perfect location on Cape Cod

The house was very pretty inside and out but the view was spectacular. Walking paths around the pond and directly to the beach. Great restaurants and towns to visit.

Wonderful Cape House

Stayed at this house with my wife and 2 other couples for a wedding at The Popponesset Inn. It was the perfect spot to spend some time relaxing between events. The location to the beach and the places that New Seabury and Mashpee have to offer is excellent. The house is spacious and accommodated six adults with ease. I recommend this location and look forward to booking again.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, clean, and as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, glasses, etc. that you need, as well as extras like some spices, saran wrap, etc. Outdoor space was beautiful! Nice deck and patio, and a perfect view of the pond. Location was ideal to walk to Popponesset Inn for the wedding we were attending. Short walk to the beach, and nice areas to walk or bike. The bedrooms were on the small side, but fine for us. Living and dining rooms were spacious and comfortable. Others have commented about the cellar stairs; they were steep but not a problem unless you have mobility issues. We did not find that washing, drying and folding towels before departure was an inconvenience. Overall beautiful home and would definitely stay again if we ever vacation in the area again. Thanks Paul!

Perfect Spot

As usual Paul delivers on his rentals, everything we needed and very clean. What a wonderful location to stay. Beautiful view of Dean’s Pond from the house and a 3 minute walk to a private beach. Cute shops, restaurants and a market all in one quaint little complex (with live music) within a very short walk. It was so relaxing to sit outside at night and enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod. Enjoying it in front of the gas fire pit right on the patio made it even better.! Convenient to many locations at the Cape too! Thank you.

A great place to stay

Our family had a wonderful week staying at this home. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, and a nice walk to the Marketplace. The view is beautiful with the pond right across the front yard. The home was clean and in great condition and communication with Paul was smooth and friendly. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Perfect location!!!

We had a great time during our stay with my young family and their Papa! Great yard for the kids to run around and also watch all the dogs walk by along the walking path! Close to the beach, Mashpee commons, Poppy marketplace and short walk to the playground at the community center! We even got our own firework display right from the deck! Would love to stay here again!
