House was very spacious and clean we all loved the rooms and the host were very responsive and respectful we had a problem and it was solved very fast.

The host was amazing!! He gave us a late cheak out.. witch we truly appreciated.The house is beautiful. It has 4 very nice size bedrooms. It was big enough me and 3 of my sister's and our husband's, could all stay together. Witch gave us all mosre time to spend together. I would Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. I would book here again for our next family trip to indy!!!!

The house is lovely & in a great neighborhood. The home is spacious & clean. This home has great potential to be a wonderful vacation space. However, some of the furniture needs replaced & repairs need done. One of the leather sofa’s armrest was completely detached and the opposite side was partially detached. The other sofa also had one armrest partially detached. When we were playing cards at the table, the entire table collapsed (the extenders/leaves) landed on our daughter in law & my husband. (Injuring her knee & his ankle). We could not get the electric fireplace to work. I did contact the host but did not get a response about the table or the fireplace & the response about the sofa’s was that there were extra pillows upstairs (which made no sense). I am not sure if the dishwasher was working but the bottom rack was not in the dishwasher so we did not try. (I did not let the host know about the dishwasher, as we just washed the dishes by hand.). My sense was that this is a relatively new host (I could be wrong) that is just starting to figure out what guests would like. There was little/no decor in the upstairs (nothing on the walls, side table lamps, etc.). There was no extra blankets for downstairs of if the extra heavy blankets on each bed were too hot. The kitchen had minimal items for cooking (ie. No cookie sheet, 1 steak knife, no serving bowls, etc.). They did have paper plates & bottled water. With some improvements the space could be wonderful!

I would never stay there again. the house was filthy toilet broken in the master. The shower in the master looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. my family of four had to use one bathroom as that was the only one clean. There appeared to be blood stains on the gate at the top of the stair. The banisters were sticky. Not a single couch was clean. They all had stains on almost every inch of the couches. I had to sit on a towel if I wanted to sit down. We arrive 30 minutes after check in and they were still there. Instead of telling us they needed more time to clean they just ran out of the house. There was a broken down van sitting in the driveway for our entire stay. Curtains stained. The mirrors in the bathrooms all streaky as they were cleaned hastily. Host was responsive when we called with the initial issue of someone there(cleaners) and the broken toilet issue which he told us to just use the down stairs bathroom. Then when we brought up the cleaning issue he went radio silent. Stay away
