Hi Shirly, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We haven’t received similar comments about odor in the kids’ room, but we’ve asked our cleaning team to take a closer look to make sure everything’s in great shape- We’re sorry to hear the furniture didn’t meet your expectations—everything is sourced from a highly rated local store and selected with guest comfort and durability in mind. We’ll check for any pieces that may need to be replaced- Parking instructions were sent before check-in, but it looks like you parked at a private lot next door that isn’t affiliated with the home. We did our best to assist, even though it was out of our control- It seems the review may have been written in frustration, especially since you later tried to remove it, but we’re confident the home reflects the quality and care we provide for all our guestsThanks for taking the time to leave your review.
