Bienvenidos a nuestra casa de la playa. Hermosa, remodelado por completo de un dormitorio (unidad superior), ubicado a unos pasos de la playa. Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para dos a cuatro personas con una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Se proporcionan nuevas sábanas de algodón egipcio y toallas de felpa. La cocina está completamente equipada e incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. Disfrute de sus comidas en el bar de desayuno en el interior o en la terraza en la mesa de altura bistro con un pozo de fuego. El océano está al otro lado de la calle y se puede ver desde la terraza, cocina, sala de estar y dormitorio.

Wonderful get-a-way !

This was a repeat visit to this property and, as usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The unit is spotless, fully equipped and steps from beach access.I had family staying nearby for the week that I was there and we were able to catch a few sunsets while enjoying the firepit table on the deck.

Lovely Cottage by the Beach

It was a great place to stay and relax. We loved the deck and the firepit. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was super close to the beach access, so we could run down and watch the sun dip into the ocean.

Wonderful!

Although small, this property was a perfect get-a-way. It is nicely decorated, kitchen has anything you could possibly need , including fresh spices, and there are plenty of supplies. It rained most of the time but I had family in the area and we got to enjoy the ocean view deck with firepit table on two evenings. The location is the best, only a few steps to beach access.The owner is easily reached by phone and helpful with any issues. A wonderful stay in spite of the bad weather.

Perfect getaway for two

Location is great with easy access to town and beach. Great views, all amenities you would need for a little getaway. Perfect size for two people.

Wonderful!

This is a small unit, perfect for me, would also be good for a couple. It is nicely decorated, and the furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with nearly everything you might need including an array of seasonings and spices. There are plenty of cleaning supplies. I was meeting family members in Cayucos and a few of us enjoyed sitting on the deck one evening , around the tabletop fire pit. The location is great, just across from beach access and a 15–20-minute walk into town. The only thing lacking is bedroom storage. There are hangers to hang things but large bedside tables with drawers or a small dresser instead of the large laundry basket would be nice, There is a washer and dryer (I didn't use them) and beach chairs. All in all, a wonderful stay at this property!

Nice Location

This property is best suited to two travelers. Space is at a premium, and I would caution larger individuals that the shower access is not generous. The kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals at home. We invited two others for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was necessary to move the couch for all to eat at the kitchen counter. (High winds made eating outside prohibitive). The kitchen was well equipped, and we were grateful for the washer and dryer. A nice location which allowed us to walk to the beach for a stroll and to easily visit both Paso Robles and Cambria for relaxing day trips.

Relaxing vacay

Peaceful little paradise

While looking to relocate to the area, this property hit all the marks for a home away from home for my month long stay. Lynn was quickly responsive to my initial inquiry and provided everything needed to make a home so comfortable. Access to the beach and town is all within easy walking distance and the large patio was a nice place to relax and listen to the waves. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Perfect little stay

My husband and I spent a long weekend here. The house is simple but has everything you need for a great stay. The porch is perfect for relaxing with the ocean breeze! The location is perfect too-- super close to beach access and a 15 minute walk into town (through the streets to see great houses or on the beach). We loved our stay.

A Month of Wow!

From the very start, Lynn (and ultimately whole family) was immediately responsive to every question, and very kind and considerate. Everything you could possibly want in this small cottage is there: want to make soup, peel cucumbers, make beef Bourgogne in the oven? All the equipment is there! Nice neighborhood, steps from a lovely section of beach and an easy walk into. Cayucos.. Use the wonderful beach chairs and umbrella, sit on the patio foe meals and watch the ocean change sometimes by the minute.

Peace and Tranquility

This was our second year staying at this property. The space is perfect for a family of four. A large deck provided adequate space for outside dining and relaxing with great views.

Wonderful- with Amazing deck!

I stayed here for 8 weeks while relocating to the area. The apartment is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you could need. The deck is just amazing- comfy patio furniture, bbq, fire table, and a wonderful view. Lynn was great to work with and very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing

I stayed here 3 months while working in SLO. The commute was easy and the location was incredible. I loved walking across the street to the beach or walking to town for lunch. The house is very comfy and I barely missed having a closet or dresser (lots of space in drawers under the bed). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bring a good camera- the sunsets are amazing.

Very clean and well equipped. The deck is the best part!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Cayucos. Beach access is right across the street, the wind break on the deck kept us warm and the location allowed us to walk to town. Very nice place.

Great location! Across street from beach. Walkable to most of downtown. Love the town of Cayucos. Upstairs cottage was well equipped. Nicely remodeled. Will definitely come back

Lovely little coastal getaway!

We had the oppertunity to spend a month in this wonderful beach house. It was very clean, well-stocked and conveniently located to the beach. It was a fantastic place to relax and escape the spring time allergies. Lynn was a wonderful host and communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!!!
