In addition, you’ll have free access to the building’s shared amenities, such as the swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and secure parking. All entry details will be shared before check-in to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Check-in is simple and convenient. We offer a self check-in option using a secure lockbox or smart access system. All detailed instructions, including entry codes and directions, will be shared with you on the day of arrival. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM/Flexible. Please maintain low noise levels at all times, especially during the day.

Outdoor music and noise (e.g., yelling, amplified sound, instruments, or barking) must be kept to a respectful minimum.

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.

No amplified sound or musical instruments may be used outside or be audible from outside the apartment at any time.

Quiet hours are enforced between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parties, events, disruptive behavior, or loud gatherings are not allowed.

If neighbors are disturbed, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

🚭 Smoking Policy:

No smoking is allowed inside the property, including e-cigarettes, vapes, or tobacco of any kind.

🐾 Pet Policy:

Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking Policy:

Street parking is not permitted.

Please do not exceed the maximum allowed number of vehicles.

All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas, in the garage, or the assigned parking spot.

🛋️ Property Care:

Guests must maintain the apartment and furnishings in good condition.

Do not move any furniture.

Appliances should only be used for their intended purpose.

Any damages must be reported immediately.

👥 Occupancy & Guests:

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit under any circumstances.

If you expect additional guests, please inform us in advance to avoid extra charges.

📦 Deliveries:

Guests may not receive packages or mail at the property during their stay.

📝 Check-in Inspection:

Guests are responsible for performing a walkthrough upon arrival and reporting any pre-existing damage.

🧹 Trash Disposal:

All trash must be properly disposed of in the designated bins.

Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of AED 500.

🐶 Pet Policy:
We welcome pets at select properties with prior approval.

Only house-trained cats and dogs are permitted.

A maximum of one pet is allowed.

After booking, we will send a payment request for the pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring pets so we can make necessary arrangements.
