The private rooftop terrace spans approximately 70 m² and receives sun for large parts of the day. It is arranged with lounge seating, daybeds, and an outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen — ideal for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, or summer evenings.

During the warmer months (typically May–August), the terrace may also be set up with an outdoor projector for open-air movie nights. Outdoor features are seasonal and weather-dependent.
