Sunny Escape - Lakefront 3 habitaciones con muelle. Fácil acceso a las comodidades.

Esta es una casa de vacaciones familiares que fue una cabaña original de pesca en piedra Deep Creek. Se ha actualizado con accesorios modernos, aire acondicionado, televisión de alta definición por cable con HBO y acceso a internet. Paneles y molduras originales de ciprés intactos. Pisos de madera noble en todo y gran salón para reuniones familiares. Hermosas vistas del lago y el bosque circundante en una ubicación tranquila pero céntrica. Se permiten hasta dos perros bien educados si marca la casilla de tarifa por mascota.

Una habitación con una cama king, una con cama queen y una con cama doble y dos camas individuales. Cocina completa y bien surtida, lavandería, bañera de hidromasaje, terraza con mesa de picnic y sillas adirondack para disfrutar de la vista al lago. Mesa de comedor para seis y barra de cocina con capacidad para cinco. Mucho espacio para provisiones, juguetes y espacio común. Un baño completo con bañera y ducha y otro solo con ducha.

Nade desde el muelle o camine desde la orilla. Acceso al agua para kayaks y canoas. Rampa para botes disponible en Deep Creek State Park en alquiler en puertos deportivos cercanos. El muelle tiene una plataforma de baño y puede acomodar tres botes. Hay un paso para ingresar a la casa y al camino de asfalto y al estacionamiento.

Nuestra familia ha disfrutado de Sunny Escape durante más de 15 años y lo hemos cuidado muy bien. Te invitamos a ti y a tus amigos a disfrutarlo también. Permitimos perros que se porten bien y nos aseguraremos de que el pelo de las mascotas se elimine entre visitas para aquellos que son sensibles.

Sunny Escape 2 is perfectly situated for all ages to enjoy being together, regardless of the season or weather. When the wind speed and snow kept us close to home, the hot tub, ping pong table and many board games and puzzles kept us busy. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. Beautiful location on the lake, close to town. We went snow hiking and cross country skiiing at local state parks. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Mike’s lake house. The photos don’t do the home justice. It’s such a beautiful spot to leaf peep and enjoy lake activities. The home was clean, spacious and fun for all. Would definitely stay again.

This was our 4th time staying at Sunny Escape but our first in version 2.0. The remodel is stunning and spacious. We are always impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. We were a bit disappointed with the loss of the hot tub but had an amazing time regardless.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The lake setting, the porch and hot tub overlooking the lake and a fire pit. The newly built house is stunning-the rooms, the ample kitchen and dining area, the immense tvs-one in the family room by the gas fireplace and the other in the lower level. There are 3 really nice bathrooms and a powder room. There is a fitness area on the lower level with exercise bike, elliptical trainer and a ping pong table. Mike, the owner, did an outstanding job directing the building of this house. And Mike is the best at responding to issues quickly and expertly. We have been coming to Deep Creek for over 20 years with most of it at the previous Sunny Escape and now at Sunny Escape II. You can not go wrong with staying at Sunny Escape II. It is Outstanding.

Spending Christmas away from home for the first time could have felt strange for our family - but this lake house made it feel magical. The home is absolutely gorgeous: peaceful, relaxing, and perfectly designed for both togetherness and quiet moments. It was spacious enough for everyone in our family to spread out, yet cozy enough that we naturally gathered to enjoy time together.The attention to detail truly set this place apart. The host even put up a Christmas tree for us, which instantly made it feel welcoming. The layout of the house is fantastic, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped (including surviving our enthusiastic first use of a new cast iron pan—fire alarm included—and which we happily left behind for future guests ), and the views of the lake were simply stunning.We especially loved the extra touches throughout the home - everything is dog friendly, bathroom towel warmers, two laundry/mudrooms (for my fellow dog owners), superb hot tub, Sonos sound system (in and out), large carport (life saver during ice/snow), and a space that feels both cozy and modern at the same time. The host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, always accessible without being intrusive.This was a truly special place to spend the holidays, and we’re already looking forward to coming back during warmer weather (if we can find an opening!). A beautiful home, a peaceful setting, and a great host. You can’t go wrong here.

Great family weekend

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location, lots of ammenties, clean house. We brought our boat just a short drive to the launch but very easy to navigate back to the home. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our family has been coming to Deep Creek lake since 2001 and it is a second home for us. We enjoy the slower pace and many outdoor attractions such as boating, fishing, horseback riding, cycling, swimming, wake boarding, or just going for a walk in the woods. We live in Arlington, Virginia and come here whenever we are able.

This location is convenient to attractions and a half mile from the main Rt 319 road. The current house was built shortly after the lake was filled in the late 40's due to the location and commands one of the best views around. It is also easy to get to and easy to get to grocery stores, coffee, and activities.

We rebuilt with an eye for comfort and affordable luxury. The new house is quiet, comfortable, and convenient year round. It will be the first "passive house" on Deep Creek Lake and as such provides a unique perspective on the future of sustainable architecture and low carbon living.
