PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- During the winter season, this property can only be accessed by cross-country skiing/ snowshoeing or snowmobile. You will need a high-clearance, 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires to drive on the county roads. Park your vehicles at the end of Country Road 58P and cross-country ski one mile down the driveway to the cabin. A great place to make a ski hut with your adventure-seeking friends!
-This cabin is situated in a remote mountain location. We do not have AC, but being at a higher elevation, it cools off very fast by opening windows. We have a baseboard heater and a fireplace to heat the cabin. We will provide firewood. Also, feel free to cut down your own firewood; Aspen trees surround us.
- Small critters, such as bugs and flies, are very common.
- The cabin runs on well water (400 ft below the surface) and is fed by the surrounding mountain range, not on-demand water. Please conserve water by limiting the use of multiple faucets and taking shorter showers. It takes a while to repump the water from the ground.
Please note that we are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the booking platform. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.
