Este es un verdadero hallazgo ... ..A acogedor, tranquilo, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño cabaña. Este maravilloso servicio de traslado se encuentra en la costa norte de Crystal Lake (la cabaña está justo al otro lado de la calle) entre Frankfort y Beulah, que tienen el encanto de una pequeña ciudad, tiendas exclusivas y excelentes restaurantes / bares. También está cerca de muchas actividades para hacer recuerdos como el Parque Nacional Sleeping Bear Dunes, los galardonados campos de golf, el faro de Lake Michigan at Point Betsie, la degustación de vinos, las compras, la pesca, etc. Usted está seguro de crear recuerdos duraderos con buenas instalaciones; muelle de natación, 2 bicicletas para adultos y 2 bicicletas de niño, parrilla, pozo de fuego, gran playa! This was our second stay at the cozy little Get-a-Away—and it truly lives up to its name. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The property owner and the surrounding community are incredibly kind and welcoming, and we’ve always felt right at home here. There’s a quiet charm to the place that reflects the care and respect shown by those who stay and those who live nearby.The location is ideal—just a short drive to Beulah, Frankfort, and all the natural beauty the area has to offer.We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Good times

Cottage nice and clean Only a double bed though which is a little too cozy and no internet even though it was listed as an amenity which was a big disappointment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Cozy cottage!

The property was conveniently located steps from the nice, private beach. We spent a good deal of time jumping off the dock and kayaking in beautiful Crystal Lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and the cottage was clean. We definitely utilized all the fans to keep cool at night. Loved the patio with swinging bed and the outdoor table & chairs.

Lovely Cabin for our family

We had a great week-long stay at this lovely little cabin on Crystal Lake. It was clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. The owner has painstakingly restored the cabin and added some charming touches. I loved the hanging swing on the front porch and the kitchen nook. We appreciated that the cabin had wifi so we could stay connected, but didn't have a TV which would have been too tempting for our son. The shared beach was right across the street. We loved the long dock, the sandy beach, and the people who we met there. The owner a great communicator. We would stay at the cozy green cabin again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I were very comfortable here. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We were grateful for the games that were provided when the weather wasn't ideal, too. And the location is beautiful in the fall!

Great Getaway

My daughter and I had a great time when we stayed her for a long weekend. The cottage was very clean, and we loved how it was decorated. The porch swing was a favorite spot. The cottage wasn't too far away from town, and we had fun exploring the area.

Wonderful little cottage

The cottage was very clean, nicely updated and quaint. Very cozy and inviting. Patio area was a nice size and it was great to be able to have meals outside. We were on the go a lot and did not utilize the beach and or Crystal Lake just across the road. However, it was sandy and for being a shared beach it did not seem to be too busy. There is also a public access beach very close to the cottage that also has a sandy beach. Joan was very responsive and friendly to work with. We would most definitely rent here again.

Lake time

It was a lovely cottage and in a perfect location for different activities around the area. Lake is so beautiful love kayaking there! Would rent this cottage again next time I am in the area!

The Perfect Cabin

Our family of four has stayed here for two summers. It is a great little cabin in a beautiful area. The dock to Crystal Lake is wonderful & the views are amazing. The location is perfect for day trips on M22. We love love it here!

No TV

In the past when we have rented this location, there was off-air antennae for a few TV stations. The posting listed TV as available so we were somewhat disappointed to find this was not accurate. I would suggest clarifying this so as not to falsely advertise. We did not expect it to have cable or WiFi so that was not the issue.

Wonderful location, clean and cozy cottage

Our family, two adults and two kids (4 and 7) had a great time during our stay on Crystal Lake. The cottage is a perfect size, is exceptionally clean, and the kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining table on the screened front porch made for pleasant family meals. The beach is large and there is a long dock extending out on the lake with a bench on the end. This was a perfect place to watch the kids jump in the water and swim. There are plenty of activities around, lots of day trips that can be taken, and Lake Michigan is very close by. Crystal Lake is an amazing lake, too. For a family or couple wanting a relaxing, unplugged vacation, I highly recommend this cottage. The owners were very accommodating and helpful, as well. We plan on returning!

Great little cottage on beautiful lake! Perfect home base for day trips too!

Our family - mom, dad and 2 teens - had a wonderful time on our vacation here last summer! The cottage and Crystal Lake were perfect for a nice relaxing trip. Owners were just a phone call away and very helpful and informative about the area. Clean and inviting home- the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, and the board games were put to good use as well. The kids loved the inner tubes for swimming and the nice beach across the road - dock and shallow crystal clear water far out into lake made for plenty of room to play! The location was excellent for many day trips - such as Sleeping Bear Dunes and the many Lake Michigan beaches in neighboring towns (be sure to visit all of them!). There was plenty to do nearby as well - bike ride on Betsie Valley Trail, visiting Crystal Lake public beach in Beulah, beachcombing at Point Betsie Lighthouse beach at sunset, Cherry Bowl Drive In Theater...the list goes on! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Great Family Get Away Spot!

Our family of 4 stayed here for one week this summer and had a memorable vacation and will certainly be back. The size of the cottage was perfect for us and the kids loved the bunk beds and the board games provided. It was clean, tidy and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for our family which ate most of our meals there. We wanted to 'unplug' and it was GREAT that there was no TV. Our kids adjusted after 2 days and were happy to collect bugs or go swimming across the street in the lake rather than get in screen time. A much needed break for all of us! The owners were great and provided some nice personal touches, like leaving sample size Bliss bathroom products for use and some paper products. Joan was responsive to our calls and questions and easy to work with. We were lucky to have perfect weather all week and enjoyed most of our dinners outside. I would recommend the owners invest in an outdoor table and chairs for the great patio or indoor screened porch so they and their guests can enjoy the lake views from the cottage while dining. The area is pure Americana and this urban Chicago family fell in love with Northern Michigan. You must go to the Cherry Bowl Drive In Movie Theater, make s'mores across the street on the beach at the fire pit, go fishing and tubing, go to The Cherry Hut for a meal and mini golf, hike at Sleeping Bear Dunes, hit the beach at Empire beach (for the greatest playground on the beach) and drive to Leeland to check out historic Fishtown and hit a winery tour. Our kids are still talking about this vacation and we hope to make it an annual tradition.
