Welcome to our studio in the heart of Warsaw!
We offer a comfortable and fully equipped 20 m² space, ideal for both tourist and business stays. The studio has been thoughtfully arranged to provide everything you need for a relaxing and independent visit.

Inside, you'll find a spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate up to four guests in total. A table with a chair offers a convenient spot for meals or remote work. There’s a large wardrobe and an additional clothes hanger to help keep your belongings organized.

The studio is fully lockable, ensuring privacy and a sense of security throughout your stay. Guests have exclusive use of a modern private bathroom with a shower and fresh towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes, cookware, cutlery, and glasses.

Complimentary coffee and tea are always available, perfect for starting your day. Fast Wi-Fi allows for remote work, video calls, or simply unwinding online. For added convenience, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the shared hallway, especially useful for longer stays.

Chopin Airport: About 25 minutes by taxi.
Modlin Airport: Around 50 minutes by taxi, with available bus connections.
Warsaw East Railway Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram.
National Stadium Metro Station: 10 minutes by tram.
Bus and Tram Stops: Right by the building, providing quick access to various parts of the city.

Warsaw City Center: 15 minutes by tram or taxi.

The Neighborhood:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
