This freshly renovated apartment has been designed with an eye for detail, as it was originally meant to be our own home. Welcome to this luxurious, spacious 80 m² apartment in the heart of Warsaw, ideal for up to 4 guests. It features two stylish bedrooms – one with a comfortable King Size bed, and the other with two beds that can be combined into one.
The spacious living room, with its elegant sofa and TV with cable channels, is the perfect spot to relax. The large, fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for cooking and dining together.
The apartment includes two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub – to ensure comfort and relaxation. It is also air-conditioned and offers fast Wi-Fi, making it perfect for both leisure and work.
We maintain a smoke-free and party-free environment to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

The apartment is accessed via a code on the main door handle, but please remember there is also an additional code for the intercom to open the building’s main entrance.
We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel.
BEFORE ARRIVAL: Make sure you’ve received the email with instructions and the apartment’s address. This will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing our neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our staff, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
❗A damage deposit of PLN 1 500 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.

The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
