You'll love the convenience and comfort of this 1 bed/1 bath apartment in the trendy Fan District. It's walking distance or a short drive to everything you need: grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and parks, Virginia Commonwealth University, and other popular attractions. It's not on the main drag but rather tucked away on a side street offering the peace of a residential area.

As you step into the apartment, the first thing you'll notice is the high ceilings, large windows, and original hardwood floors (circa 1900).
[LIVING ROOM]
The living room is airy and inviting. This room features a door to the front porch and balcony.
[BEDROOM]
The bedroom can fit a full or queen size bed. There is a door to a private balcony and a window (with a shade) that lets in plenty of natural light. This room also features a washer and dryer.
[KITCHEN]
The kitchen is beautifully renovated with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
[BATHROOM]
The bathroom is clean and well maintained with a shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, Victorian-style homes, and its many restaurants, shops, and parks. It is a popular area for students, young professionals, and families. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, so you'll never be short of options when it comes to dining out.
If you're a fan of the outdoors, the apartment is just a walk or short drive from several popular parks, including Maymont Park, Byrd Park, Belle Isle, Brown's Island, James River and more. These parks are great places to relax, have a picnic, or take a walk to get some fresh air. The Fan District is also home to several museums, including the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the American Civil War Center.
