The condo comfortably sleeps six with a king bedroom/bathroom suite, a separate queen bedroom/bathroom suite, and a nice queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We use only cotton linens and bath towels, our memory foam mattresses are very comfortable. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in the unit, priceless when you travel with family or for longer stays.
What makes this 10th floor unit even more special are the magnificent Gulf views from every room. From our private balcony, you'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf, the serene lake, and even views of the harbor at a distance.
We're facing west with front row views of the most amazing Emerald Coast sunsets. You could be sitting outside sipping your morning coffee or inside on one of our Cindy Crawford linen sofa, or in the kitchen cooking and enjoy the colors of the sun rising and setting, with the radiant lights coming right through the room. It's quite spectacular. From the master bedroom, even laying in bed you'll have nothing but glorious views The lake below with the waterfalls and birds flying by adds to the magical atmosphere.
We've answered to our guests requests for special coffee makers. You're now able to brew your favorite type coffee. We have a Nespresso machine that makes foamy cappuccino, a Keurig and the American coffee pot with filters.
