• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Insect themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)

• Bathroom with full shower and tub
• Dining Room has large table to seat 8, a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups, powdered creamer & sugar packets provided) and a bar setup (no alcohol provided) and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, InstaPot pressure cooker, slow cooker, toaster oven with air fry, regular toaster, blender, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

SECOND FLOOR (BASEMENT)

• Camp Themed Bedroom with twin XL bunkbed (2 beds), grassy walls & bistro lights, kids play tent with role-play firepit camping experience.

GUEST ACCESS
Front and side door are equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

NOTE TO GUESTS
Remember that you are in someone's home, please treat it with the same respect as your own.
• There are 4 RING SECURITY CAMERAS outside of the property for your security. Two Ring cameras at the front door pointed to the doorstep and walkway to the cabin. One located inside the mudroom of the side door entrance, pointing to the entryway and the last one is outside the shed pointing towards the shed door.

• STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO PETS ALLOWED. Violation of this house rule will require a $250 penalty for deep cleaning fees and penalty will increase in the event of damages.

• LOCAL NOISE ORDINANCE IN PLACE AND ENFORCED BY RESIDENTS: QUIET TIME FROM 10PM to 9AM. (NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED)

• SERVICES/VENDORS: From time to time there may be vendors or service techs visiting the property to maintain for your benefit, such as pest control, gas company, lawn maintenance, etc. We do everything in our control to limit these services around guest stays to avoid interruption and inconvenience, however, if services are required during your stay we will advise ahead of time for your knowledge.

• NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS over the maximum 8-person accommodation. This is an important rule since the cabin uses a septic tank and can only handle this volume, or the system will back up. Cost of fees incurred by neglect, causing septic backup, will be passed on to guest.

• By booking our property, you agree and accept all house rules stated herewith.
