• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Bug themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)

• Dining Room with a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups and powdered creamer provided) and a bar setup and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, Instapot pressure cooker, toaster oven with air fry, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

• Master Bedroom with super comfy king bed and Smart TV (Pack & Play in closet)

• Bedroom with two twin XL bunkbeds with grassy walls and bistro lights to give that camping feel.

GUEST ACCESS
Front and side door are equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

NOTE TO GUESTS
Remember that you are in someone's home, please treat it with the same respect as your own.
• There are 4 RING SECURITY CAMERAS outside of the property for your security. Two Ring cameras at the front door pointed to the doorstep and walkway to the cabin. One located in the hall of the side door entrance, pointing to the entryway and the last one is outside the shed pointing towards the shed door.

• STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO PETS ALLOWED. Violation of this house rule will require a $250 penalty for deep cleaning fees and penalty will increase in the event of damages.

• NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS over the maximum 8-person accommodation. This is an important rule since the house is on septic tank and can only handle this volume or the system will back up. Cost of fees incurred by neglect, causing septic backup, will be passed on to guest.
