Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

★Registered Mailing Address
To avoid any delays with your matters, please do not use our address for mail delivery. The staff will collect and return any mail that is not addressed to the landlord. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

★Do Not Remove Items
Guests are not allowed to remove any items from the house, including consumables like paper products.

★Towel and Textile Usage
Please keep all bedding and textile items clean and do not use towels for makeup removal or other activities that may cause stains.

★Toilet Use
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Items such as wipes and feminine products can clog the plumbing.

★Clean Up
Please wash any dirty dishes you use and organize trash for recycling before checking out.
Extra trash bags are available under the kitchen sink.

★Penalties
Violating any house rules may result in fines ranging from $1 to $500, depending on the severity of the infraction.
