Misrepresentation and non communication no help from VRBO

The property was supposed to be one thing .We received a guest room but Vacations simplified advertised a villa with a kitchen and balcony. We have stayed there many times and cannot say enough good about Marriott Manor club but this was a nightmare vacation. We will never trust VRBO again. We didn’t get any help from you when we called 5 times.Even the divisional manager at the Marriott got a runaround tho he stayed on the phone with your agent for an hour.

Thank you for staying with us! We are so surprised you had anything but a 5-star experience and it is unfortunate to hear about what happened in regards to your room. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We hope that the discounted rate we offered in comparison to booking directly with the resort helped out. We will do whatever we can to make sure that this experience doesn't happen again. We would like to offer you a digital entertainment book that you can use it over 55,000 restaurants from McDonald's to Chili's or a free vacation at one of our hotel partners. Simply email us back which one you would prefer and we will gladly get it out to you! * (some taxes & fees apply) Please let us know when you book in the future and we will get you a discount as well! Simply respond back if you want the vacation with an 18-month expiration date or a digital discount book you can use immediately anywhere. Thanks and have a great day!

Porky communicated

While I understand that Covid put a cramp on things, it wasn’t until be arrived that we found out that all amenities were closed (except for a small pool). No bike rentals. We left ares at home. Golf course had- huge outing over the weekend. A limitless more accurate heads up would have been appreciated. We were able to use the 24/7 fitness facility (that was only open 14 hours) by making an appointment. Only one day had availability . Again, I appreciate the virus impact but a better more accurate communication would have been better

Thank you for the great review! And for staying with us, glad you had a great trip. You were a great guest very friendly we would love to have you stay again! On our listing we put at the very top for all guests to please call the resort prior to check in to see about any current amenity restrictions as this information is changing so frequently. We are sorry you did not see that on the listing. Thank you!

The stay was great. The price was very accommodating. COVID was the only downfall but we understood the staff and company couldn't help that.
