We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect and very convenient for getting around. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing could be better, but overall, our whole family had a fantastic time. 5 stars!

The place was very nice. Location was excellent for folks traveling with pets because there is a nice park right behind the house. Kitchen is a little small but we made it work. Great place to stay for a quick coast getaway!

A beautiful spacious house in a good location. There is a nice kids playground just round a corner.

The house was not cleaned properly upon arrival; hair and beads left on bathroom floor and dirty areas around bathtub. No paper towels were left and garbage liners were not put in and the recycling from the last guests was left inside. Police were called on our last night because the wifi locks make it sound like someone is trying to get into the house and the neighbors called. It was an easy walk to the beach, about 5 minutes.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the home was not properly prepared for your arrival and have addressed the cleaning and supply concerns with our team. Regarding the smart lock, we understand the power cycling may have been unsettling, but this was a normal function of the electronic lock and there was no attempted entry or security issue. Unfortunately, we were not contacted about the lock before you called the police, so we did not have an opportunity to explain the issue or resolve the concern directly. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s convenient five-minute walk to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable, location is decent you just have to deal with some minor noise and traffic outside of the patio from the hotel across the street. Has most everything you need. The only thing I don’t feel is right is such a late checkin time (5pm).

We never received our check in email or contact information for the site manager. We had to scramble to reach out to the after hours person on call for the company and finally got a hold of someone. Additionally, the garbage from the prior guest had no been emptied prior to our arrival.Otherwise, the location and space were great.

The property was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The little covered patio was nice but didn’t use it that much. The space was pet friendly and the areas to take him out for first and last potty time of the day were close and easy. We took lots of walks on the nice trail along the beach. Check in and out was great!
