- Two interior staircases connect the main level and basement lounge, please watch your step if mobility is limited.

- Treadmill max user weight is 300 lb; use at your own risk.

- A smart-lock camera monitors only the exterior entry for security, no other cameras on site.

- No pets, smoking, or parties; quiet hours run 10 pm–7 am to keep the neighborhood peaceful.

- Driveway snow removal is provided in winter, but street parking may follow city plow rules after heavy storms.
