Heated, chlorine-infused, shallow infinity pool & spa, perfect for day or night swims, with an electric cover. Pool temperatures are around 75°F in the summer without heating, and we ask not to heat the pool during the winter months. Walking children are not permitted as there are unprotected heights (20 feet) over the edge of the infinity pool.

- The property features high-end furnishings, artwork, and leather sofas. The property with be thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to check-in, and any damage will be the responsibility of the guests.

- No children are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the owner

- Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver upon reservation confirmation

- Ring camera installed on main entrance; no recording devices inside the home

- Bi-weekly professional cleaning required at $250 a service


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund if canceled 28 days in advance, minus a 4% credit card transaction fee if booked via VRBO or directly, regardless of the cancellation date.
