PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY. Home is located in Marietta NOT WOODSTOCK. The website made a mistake and showed it in Woodstock.

This breathtaking modern home, built in 2023, offers an array of outstanding amenities that set it apart from the rest. With five spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, the en-suite is a true standout feature.

The open-concept design boasts a two-island kitchen. A 24-foot bifold door, expertly blending indoor and outdoor living. The main floor features one bedroom and a shared bathroom, perfect for guests. Laundry Room, including the unfinished rooftop.

Outside, the newly designed pool with integrated hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The backyard is an ideal setting for families, with ample space for adults and children to enjoy. Throughout the home, natural sunlight streams in through European windows with high-efficiency ratings.

The house is impeccable much better looking in person than on the site. The Host was cool and communicated well. Unfortunately for me one of the ovens was out and I was hosting a dinner but other than that our stay was AMAZING… Definitely will book again

Our stay at this beautiful mini mansion was absolutely unforgettable. The home is even more stunning in person — the marble floors give it such a luxurious feel, and every room was spacious and immaculately clean.The pool area was a highlight — perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying a quiet evening. Everything was thoughtfully set up, from comfortable furniture to high-end finishes throughout the house.

Absolutely nightmare of a stay. Had to wait an hour to check in to wait on a manager to show up because there is no check in process given. They said someone be there but nope. Lady ended up never showing up and gave us a code which idk they didn’t do to begin with. No response to messages for an hour after check in time and no numbers work.Downstairs bathroom overflowed with sewage water and leaked into hallway. They sent someone the next day the first time and then it happened again two days later. Little to no communication from host til hours later. Tried to blame previous booking but the house had signs of cheap work and weeks of neglect. Typically new construction with a bunch of pretty pics thrown up quick as possible to make as much money as possible. Broken, stained and scuffed up furniture, appliances, toilet seats, walls, with outdoor furniture and grills tore up. Elevator didn’t work. Electric grill didn’t work. Pool was GREEN. Also ran into numerous roaches. Weeks of neglect. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

The house is very impressive & for our purposes it worked as we had a family function & needed to sleep a lot of people. It was my dad’s 88th birthday so we had a dinner for 25 people. The main level is very spacious with double islands in the kitchen & two separate living rooms with huge TV’s. I sent the list below to the host as frequent renters to which he was not positively responsive. *Backyard a mess *Pool & hot tub green & unsightly should be covered or clean * Had to purchase paper towels *No Bath mats *Not enough silverware for 12 people *Coffee maker unclean & falling apart *Back glass doors dirty *Dishwasher should be emptied *No Wine glasses or wine key *No Instruction book with WiFi & close out information *limited cleaning products Despite these things we had a good time & enjoyed the house. Peter was responsive while we were staying. My biggest issue was the backyard. It is winter so cover the pool & hot tub!

This property has great potential, but it is not there yet. We arrived on the 10th and only one of two A/C units was functional. They did have portable units and fans in place, but the internal temperature of the 2nd and 3rd floors did not drop below 80 degrees until the unit was fixed on the afternoon of the 12th. The pool was green and cloudy so we did not swim. The elevator was disabled by the owner and all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so luggage has to be lugged up glass staircases. Brand new grill did not work even though gas was provided. A pan of crab legs was left in the oven by cleaning crew. There were no dry towels for the 1st night as the laundry was over loaded, and the filter had not been cleaned. No use of garage and had to be granted access in order to flip a breaker to get electricity to one of the bedrooms. Check in and wifi instructions were not provided until requested. The address provided in app is not accurate. Only ONE physical key. No one from the property management company answers the phone number provided...EVER. Both trash bins were overflowing upon arrival, and maintenance had to come remove trash as trash day was five days away. We had to purchase bait/ traps for ants and bugs were coming in around the portable A/C units. Property management was unwilling to provide any sort of refund or compensation even after contacting VRBO and involving them for the lack of functioning A/C and they maintain they did all they could.

Within 24 hours of checking in there was a blockage in the main sewer line causing grey water and feces to flood the downstairs laundry room, bathroom, and gym. There were no hand towels, kitchen towels, or wash cloths provided. The pool was dirty and murky, we tested the water and there was zero chlorine in the pool. After getting in touch with the host, whom had very poor communication skills, a maintenance crew spent 2 full days fixing the pluming issue and treating the pool. During this time we were unable to use showers, toilets, or the amenities. The outdoor grill and inside oven were both broke and out of service. The maintenance crew brought us a new grill on the third day of our stay. The outdoor seating area furniture was in terrible condition with holes and stains everywhere. There is no garbage pickup so after two days when the bins were full we had to get large plastic bags to put the household trash into the large bags and pile up by the trash bins. There was also a roach infestation throughout the home. After spending multiple days and approximately 6 hours speaking with multiple supervisors at VRBO we were only refunded a minimal amount not even equaling the cost of one full night. I wouldn’t recommend this property due to all the issues we experienced, the poor condition, and lack of empathy during communication with the host. The property is over priced and under whelming.
