Boardwalk Beach Resort ofrece todo lo que puede esperar en unas vacaciones de lujo. Desde el momento en que ingresa al lobby, se le presenta una gran panorámica de la terraza de nuestra piscina tropical y la belleza del Golfo mientras toca las costas de la playa de azúcar blanca.
La terraza de la piscina es de primera categoría en confort y lujo. Está rodeado de palmeras tropicales que lo mantendrán envuelto en una agradable brisa fresca. Completo con una piscina para niños, dos jacuzzis y una piscina climatizada de 2.500 pies cuadrados sin entrada; todo mientras mira al golfo!
Nuestro condominio es una unidad de lujo de 1 dormitorio con camas bancarias cómodas para hasta 6 personas. El piso 12 altamente deseable ofrece una increíble vista panorámica de gran angular del golfo. Puede ver salir el sol sobre el golfo a su izquierda y ponerse en el Golfo Esmeralda.
Condominio lleno de actualizaciones que incluyen encimeras de cocina de granito, lavaplatos, estufa de tamaño completo, lavadora y secadora. Además de la gran cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio, la unidad está equipada con el sofá cama Queen en la habitación familiar y literas para niños y adolescentes.
Condominio totalmente amueblado con todos los platos, ropa de cama, toallas de baño, etc. para sus vacaciones cómodas.
Dos televisores inteligentes con DVD con cable y wi-fi en la unidad le permitirán tener algo de entretenimiento o completar alguna tarea de trabajo si realmente lo necesita.
A la hora del almuerzo, puede optar por salir a la terraza en el paseo marítimo y probar un sándwich de mero fresco de Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill o tomar un helado en The Corner Market. Más tarde en la noche, dé un paseo por el paseo marítimo y pase por The Rusty Anchor, pida una cerveza y disfrute viendo a su equipo favorito en nuestro bar deportivo junto a la piscina.

We booked this last minute for an extra night when we had to check out of our other condo. With this being at the boardwalk, we thought it’d be decent. However, it was filthy. In desperate need of painting, a deep cleaning, and some more cleaning. The beds were all uncomfortable. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. It wasn’t plugged up so I crawled on the ground for the wire and was covered in dust. Regardless, the tv didn’t work. Least of my complaints. Both closets were absolutely gross. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I was ready to sleep and ready to leave. Would not recommend.

Great location

Great unit. Great location. Great views. Would stay again. The only thing is all the mattress and pillows need to be updated, they were uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed the stay

Our visit

The property manager was easy to communicate with. The location is great. The condo could definitely better. Scuff marks all over the walls, dirty floors, older furniture with stains and definitely needs to be upgraded!

Location was spot on!!!

Ease of check-in was great and parking was a breeze . Contact with the host was always a rapid response. The unit was nice but could use a real steam cleaning or an update to the furniture to breathe some life back into it. Some updates to the bathroom would be a definite plus.

The only complaint we had with the stay was that we had to pay and extra $100 when we got there because bracelets and parking pass that are required we’re not included and we didn’t know about that until we got there

Canceled on us!

The owner canceled on us at 4:20 PM on the day of check in. We had traveled for 10 hours with my elderly mom! We were 5 minutes from the condo when I received the email. Email stated they had double booked the condo! How does this happen? We were in a motel for 2 nights in the middle of town and were 30 minutes from the beach! VRBO was no help with finding us a condo but did pay for our motel. Definitely a vacation nightmare!!!

Needs complete renovation

Dust bunnies on the ceilings in front of heat/air vents as well as the door to the mechanical room, dirt on walls with the area between the bathroom sink and toilet being especially disgusting, floors felt gritty, furniture is well worn and dirty, backing on the dirty drapes are cracked, lamp shade in bedroom is also cracked, wicker tv stands are well worn and dirty, kitchen molding is rusted and warped, cabinets are peeling, pots and pans need to be replaced, just gut it, add new furnishings and paint. A table on the patio would be nice. Some common areas of the resort need maintenance as well... The location and views are very very good. The security staff more than met our expectations, they were fantastic.

Great to be back home!

Furniture was stained, dirty and uncomfortable. Walls were scuffed, stained, and dirty. Mold in and around the bathtub shower combo. Mold also under top bunk. Ceiling areas appeared to been sprayed with Kilz to cover up areas. We have been traveling to Panama City Beach for over 30 years. Found this unit more cost friendly so we winged it. Hope my family and I don't get sick. Worst condo experience thus far. Pool was decent to say the least.

The unit was not clean. The curtains were torn, no pillows or blanket for sofa bed. The air conditioner didn't work good some days we would come in and it wasn't running, so unit was hot. Needed small table on patio. Needs 2 car passes per unit. Had to pay 25.00 extra for pass. Bag of dirty stuff in closet. only 1 roll of tissue for the week. Loved the unit itself and location but unit needs to be upgraded and furnished more.

Great view good times

The tile floors were were so sandy filthy upon arrival that we mopped them. Walk around barefoot and your feet are black on the bottom. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and needs a plumber. The toilet doesn’t flush and flows inefficiently and overflows under normal use. The bathtub has black mold around the caulking. The owner charged me a extra fee for urine that was caused by outdated/not resolved plumbing issues. The toilet overflowed and he doesn’t wash the comforter on the bed.

A review you wish you took seriously

Absolutely amazing location overlooking the Gulf. Fantastic sunsets. Endless beach and mostly calm water with plenty water sports to enjoy. Building is located in a nice area close to plenty of things to do from go-carts to mini-golf as well as restaurants. Plenty of parking under or above ground. Numerous functioning elevators and overall clean building. Reliable WIFI throughout the property. We stayed first two weeks of March 2021, so the heated pool was often rather tepid but the hot jaccuzi made up for it. Communication with owner was fine, he offered us multiple refund options when we requested the 1st of our 2-week stay canceled due to a last minute COVID family situation. A partial refund was provided after our complaints about cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped with bonus points for the blender and various utensils for those who like to cook. However, we had major concerns about the unit's cleanliness and overall comfort. At our arrival the unit's floor was very dirty, our daughters' feet turned black in a couple of hours from walking bare-feet. Furthermore, bedsheets reeked and smelt of mold. Bunk beds had sand between sheets. We slept with our t-shirts as pillow covers & our winter clothing on first night. We had to wash every single sheet in the apartment including the old retro blankets, except for the towels which were great. This unit could use additional bedsheets and blankets if it purports to sleep 6. Furthermore, the mattresses are so horrible we came back with back pains. I thought we were just getting old but even our 7-year old was complaining about the mattress springs poking at her little frame, this goes for the main bed as well as the bunk beds and worse for the pullout couch. The pullout couch is disgustingly dirty, stained, and gunky. On this note VRBO should allow reviews to include photos, for potential travelers to better assess a place. It does not look like the couch's covers have ever been washed. The unit could use a bigger dining table rather the current two-seater or kitchen counter. This unit also needs other upgrades including some minor plumbing work as the kitchen sink reeks while the bathroom sink is often clogged. The unit definitely needs a major renovation to achieve its full potential, wall paint, the straw-woven furniture is too archaic for the setting, a new couch. As a vacation home owner myself I find the cleaning and overall standards of this property abysmally low.

This condo should NEVER be listed on VRBO! It was dirty (in spite of the 200 cleaning fee), floor was FILTHY! Extremly outdated; furnishings, appliances and decor, and lacked proper maintenance! TV NEVER WORKED the entire stay! Dehumidifier had to be dumped by us ever other day. The kitchen was not even properly equipped with normal items like glasses and wine glasses! Bathroom sink and tub both missing popup valves. Shower liner moldy. Mold in corners of bunk beds. Curtains are shredded. The whole condo needs painting!!!Messages to owner AND VRBO went unresolved for the most part! They did come and mop the floors and change out the shower curtain.l and provide wine glasses and cups (NOT glasses.)

Needs many many updates

Overall we loved the resort but the unit itself was way under par. There was black mold and it wrecked of old moldy.The furniture was disgustingly dirty. We had to put down our own beach towels to feel comfortable sitting on the couch but especially the two chairs at the little table in the living room. They were supposed to be white, but they were black with dirt. It hadn’t had a fresh coat of paint in years! I would NEVER stay there again. There is signage in the unit that was not accurate. The signage asked that we text the housekeeping service upon checking out.. The reply back was almost rude. This housekeeping service no longer services this unit. She begged us to remove this signage and throw it away. But this note came after we had already left and so we could not remove the sign. It was however relatively clean upon our arrival although no cleaning service would be able to clean the mold, the disgusting furniture. This unit needs to be updated desperately with new clean furniture and especially cushions. So disappointing because we chose this place based on a previous stay at same resort. Our previous unit was in much better condition. Renters beware, do not stay here if you like clean living spaces.

Great Value!

The condo was in the perfect place…not too close to the really touristy areas. First impression was very good. I was very pleased to be able to park in an underground garage. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well supplied with everything except toilet paper (a misunderstanding on my part). Everything worked, but the drain in the bathroom sink was very slow. Michael was quick to respond to texts and calls. Furnishings were worn, but comfortable. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked great! The beach was calling! Spent a lot of time on that wonderful balcony, watching pelicans and dolphins. I don’t think I’d return to Panama City Beach, but if I did, I’d stay here again.
