For the safety of our guests, there is a security camera outside the entrance area, backyard & driveway.
*PARKING •Car parking is available. •Only One car can park left side inside the parking garage. •Please do not park in the driveway. •Free parking on the street. Please read the street signs.
•The Town of Tonawanda has several parking rules, including an annual overnight restriction from November 15 to March 15, prohibiting parking on streets between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. OTHER NOTE
• No parties, no loud music, no smoking, and no pets.
• we do not allow additional visitors beyond what is agreed upon in the booking before confirming the reservation
• No loud shouting in apartment or outside.
• No walking across the front lawn or using the neighbor’s property as an entryway to the house.
• No parking in or blocking the neighbor’s driveway.
• Wifi and security systems are not to be disconnected at any time.
• Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
